Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Kochi (Cochin)

  Cochin, the confluence point of the alluring Arabian Sea and the Silent Backwater, will be your host for the day. With your arrival in this pictorial port-city, you will be warmly greeted by our representatives. Hereafter, you will be checked-in into a hotel, where you can unwind, relax and get freshened up.
  
  Though a metropolis, Cochin still holds strong to its roots and cultures. To witness and enjoy the many different facets of Cochin, you will be taken to a cultural show in the evening, where you can enjoy Kathakali dance performance by local artists. Post this lively and vibrant show, you will be guided back to the hotel for your overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Kochi (Cochin) Drive to Munnar

  Today morning, after having breakfast, you will be checked-out from the hotel and driven towards the hill station of Munnar. Cossetted by lush greeneries, guarded by captivating hills and mountains, and fringed with never-ending tea plantations, Munnar is also known as the ‘Nature Lover’s Paradise’ and will surely hold you captive throughout your stay. Arriving in this hilly retreat, you will be checked-in into a hotel or a resort; overnight stay in the hotel/resort.

• Day 3 : Munnar Day Tour

  Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing in Munnar which includes visit to the flower garden and for an elephant safari, before driving on to the scenic Mattupetty dam, Eco- point and Kundala dam areas. At Kundala dam there is an opportunity to enjoy boating on the lake. Finally we drive through a vegetable growing area to Top station which is situated high in the mountains on the border between Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Overnight stay at Munnar. Optional Activities on Extra Cost: Martial Arts, Kathakali, Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari

• Day 4 : Munnar to Thekkady

  Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 4 hrs through cardamom hills, Covering Enroute Sightseeing Lockhart Tea factory, Lockhart Gap View,Anayirangal Lake. On arrival check into resort. After lunch take a boat ride on the lake and the Periyar dam. Boating will take approximate 2 hours and you can also get rare glimpses of wild animals. The forest department offers many programs including periyar tiger trail, nature walk, bamboo rafting, etc. Plantation tourism also is promoted by private agencies, so that the tourists can see and learn the cultivation of various spices of Kerala. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

• Day 5 : Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat (160 Kms 05 Hrs Drive) Recommend to start by 08 Am

  After breakfast Check out your resort and drive to Alleppey; also known as Venice of the east by its special geographical features as the place is famous for its vast back water stretches and paddy fields. By 01 pm you can board your houseboat to explore the back waters and its serene beauty. Enjoy the ride; delicious cuisines. Overnight stay at House Boat.
  
  Note: A/c will function only from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM in Deluxe A/c House Boat, in Premium and above AC can be used whenever required. Boat will anchor from 05:00 PM till 08:00 AM. Special dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment, Check in 01 pm & check out will be 09 am.
