Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla Pick Up By Cab

Morning time arrive in Delhi by Train in the morning meet and greet our respective on Railway station / Airport and drive to Shimla hotel. On arrival check in hotel.

Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Full Day Shimla - Local Sightseeing

Christ Church:- Christ Church, Shimla, is the second oldest church in North India, after St John's Church in Meerut. It is a parish in the Diocese of Amritsar in the Church of North India. Its current incumbent is The Rev. Sohan Lal, whose ecclesiastical designation is presbyter-in-charge.
Gaiety theatre:- Located in the heart of Shimla, on Mall Road, Gaiety Heritage Cultural Complex is a significant tourist hot spot. Opened on the 30th of May in 1887, this historic cultural centre was designed by Henry Irwin. The building's exquisite Gothic style of architecture is a true manifestation of Victorian artistry.
Kali Badi Temple:- Circa-1845 hilltop temple accessible by stairs & popular for picturesque mountain views.
Indian institute of advance study:- The Indian Institute of Advanced Study is a research institute based in Shimla, India. It was set up by the Ministry of Education, Government of India in 1964 and it started functioning from 20 October 1965.

Jakhu temple:- Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to Hindu deity, Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, 2.5 km /1.3 miles east from the Ridge, Shimla at a height of 2,455 m (8,000 feet) above sea level. ... An ancient "Lord Hanuman" temple is there and every year a big festival is held on Dussehra.

Today morning after breakfast and fresh up proceed to Kufri sightseeing :-

Check in and Check out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.

In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the

kitchen operational timings of concerned Hotel

A/C of the vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Areas.

Hotel does not allow to check in with any pet

In case of any irrelated activities in the destination, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.

In case of any irrelated activities on Roads and anywhere in above-mentioned travel plan, the agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.

In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The agency is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.

In any case of heavy snowfall or any Land Slide or any natural calamity roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and the agency is not responsible for any loss

Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and the agency cancellation policy

The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling or any mishappening any road accident during the tour.

The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or Changed in any circumstances.

The agency is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or tire bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)

Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Ropeway etc Games is not included Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of the tour.

If full package payments not done within the given time frame your booking will stand canceled & the agency is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.

All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.

Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with (Terms and conditions, Stay, Food, Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or mishappening during tour, Any Road accident During the Tour,Regarding Permits to rohtang, inner line permit for leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to National parks any state or borders or places closed due to some irrelated activities,

Regarding payments and refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions or above package offered by the agency) or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Ambala only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted from total package amount

Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted from total package amount

Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted total package amount

Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount

14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted from total package amount

In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
