Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Srinagar (City) Local Sightseeing.

  Today morning pick up from Airport by cab and check in to the Hotel. Take a tour of Srinagar Local sightseeing covering Dal Lake, Mughal Gardens, Shalimar Bagh, Nishant Bagh, Jama Masjid, Pari Mahal/Shankraacharya temple. Later in the evening return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

• Day 2 : Srinagar - Gulmarg .(55 Kms)

  Today morning after breakfast at 9 am proceed towards the sightseeing of Gulmarg. Gulmarg ("Meadow of Flowers") is a town, a Hill Station, popular skiing destination and have Gondala ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg have a real natural beauty of summer & full snow view in winter. Evening back to Srinagar.Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Srinagar - Pahalgam - Srinagar (95 Kms)

  Today after breakfast proceed towards "VALLEY OF SHEPHERDS" en route enjoy Saffron garden & Apple garden. On arrival check in to the hotel. After having rest go and visit Avanttipura Ruins of 9th Century and the Mattan Temple Complex, Pahalgam offers many options for walks, pony trekking, fishing and camping. Enjoy the valley of Pahalgam ,Local sighteeing can be taken by the local jeep –Betab Valley ,Chandanwari and Aru (at your own cost).Evening back to Srinagar. Arrive and proceed to your hotel, Dinner & overnight at the Srinagar hotel.

  After breakfast drive to visit the Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and Stok Palace Museum. And Sindhu ghat. Return to Leh in the evening. Overnight Hotel.Sindhu Ghat is situated at 10 km upstream the Indus River from Leh near the Shey , it is a peaceful river bank The Sindhu( Indus ) river originates near Mansarover lake and Mt. Kailash in Tibet enters in to India and flows through theLeh Valley and the enters into Pakistan , Sindhu is Sanskrit word and its translation is ” Large water Body” . The importance of this river to us is it has given our country the name India and people living here are called the Hindu which is the distorted name of Sindhu in the Arab world. It is one of the seven most sacred rivers in India .

• Day 7 : Leh - Nubra Valley

  After Breakfast drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft). Arrive at Deskit by Afternoon. Rest of the day one is free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village. Overnight Cemp .

• Day 8 : Nubra Valley - Khardungla Pass - Leh

  After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. Overnight Hotel.

• Day 9 : Leh - Pangong Lake

  After Breakfast, Leave for Pangong Lake at 11:30 am . At 1 reach on the Banks of pangong Lake through Changla Pass ( At Altitude 17,350 ft & 3rd highest motorable road in the world) . On arrival appreciate the changing Colors and high altitude of the Lake (situated at 4,270 ft. & 134 km long which freezes completely during winter, despite being saline water..Later Drive back to Lehby the same route. Overnight Hotel.
