Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Kuala Lumpur- Arrival and Evening City Tour

  After arriving at Kuala Lumpur, you will be picked up by our representative and taken to your hotel. Finishing every formality of checking in the hotel, you will be getting some time to relax and freshen up. Spending some time relaxing next you will be leaving for a lavish night city tour. You will be seeing some of the most famous tourist spots along with a few fantastic towers to complete the first day of your trip.

• Day 2 : Travelling to Langkawi

  After spending the first day at Kuala Lumpur, your next destination would be Langkawi. After finishing your breakfast, you will be checking out of your hotel followed by heading towards the airport to board a flight and fly down to Langkawi. Reaching there our representatives will take you to your hotel where after finishing the formalities you will be checking in your rooms and spend the day relaxing or just doing whatever you wish to.

• Day 3 : Langkawi: Water Sports

  The next day in Langkawi is pretty exciting. You will be leaving the hotel in the morning to go for scuba diving and banana boat riding as well. You will be provided with the equipment and care to go underwater. Following a training session, you will be taken underwater by the divers.

• Day 4 : Mangrove Trip and Sunset Dinner Cruise

  Indulge in a lush breakfast and then head out for the amazing Mangrove trip. Later in the evening, you will be heading to the cruise for having your dinner in the most lavish way you have possibly imagined.

• Day 5 : Langkawi: Leisure Day

  This day is meant for you to relax and spend some quality time by the sea with your loved ones. You can do anything you want on this day since it is meant for you to relax.

  After finishing your breakfast, you will be checking out of your hotel and then head towards the airport where you will be boarding your flight to go home.

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
