Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Kuala Lumpur- Arrival and Evening City Tour

When you arrive at the airport, our representative will be there to receive you. You shall be taken to the hotel via SIC cab. But you will have to remember that the SIC cabs are very time specific; they won't wait for you more than 10 minutes.
After completing the necessary formalities for the check-in, you can freshen up and relax for the day. You will be setting off for the city tour Kuala Lumpur at night. You get to witness the beautiful city life after the sunset. The people who love shopping can visit the night china bazaar. You can return to the hotel after that.

Day 2 : Transfer to Langkawi

After waking up and having a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, you will be checking out from the hotel. Get a transfer to the airport in SIC cabs. Board a flight to Langkawi for the trip ahead. Our representatives shall be waiting at the airport of Langkawi to receive you. From there you will be taken to the hotel.
Complete some regular check-in formalities at the hotel. You can rest and relax at the hotel for the day or go out and explore the city if you wish. You have the day to spend it as you like. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Langkawi Watersports

After having a hearty breakfast at the hotel, set off for the tour of the day. You will be enjoying the water sports of Langkawi like the scuba diving Jet Ski and banana boat ride. Enjoy the speeding banana boat rides in the clear blue water or get a thrilling experience of the Jet Ski and the scuba diving. After having such an exhausting day, you will need a good sleep. Return to hotel and stay overnight.

Day 4 : Mangrove Trip and Sunset Dinner Cruise

After having a sumptuous breakfast, you will be led to Mangrove trip. It is also known as the Kilim Geo Park and lies in 100 km square in Langkawi. For the nature lovers, this place is a paradise where you get to venture through the green lush Mangrove forest. You get to see lush flora and fauna and also many natural formations like the caves, fossils, rocks of Limestone.
In the evening you will be led to the Sunset Dinner Cruise where you can have a nice dinner watching the beautiful sunset.

Day 5 : Departure

Have breakfast, pack your luggage and check-out from the hotel. You will be transferred to the airport from where you will leave for your respective homes with beautiful memories.

Payment Terms & Methods : All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators

Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .

Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
