How to Reach:

The starting point of the trek is in Old Manali that is the base camp. Many local means of transport and private cabs are available from Mall Road to reach Old Manali. The nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport about 50 km away from the starting point.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Day | Reaching Manali Base Camp

  Reach the Manali base camp and wrap up your registration process.
  
  Check into the camps and indulge in the activities arranged for you at the camp.
  
  Head out for an acclimatization walk in Old Manali town and discover the local lifestyle.
  
  In the evening, relish on the tea and snacks, followed by a musical bonfire session.
  
  Savour on a lip-smacking dinner and retire for the night.
  
  *Overnight stay in the riverside camp

• Day 2 : Drive from Manali to Kulang | Trek to Moridugh

  After a fulfilling breakfast, pack your bags and prepare for the Bhrigu Lake Trek
  
  You will be transferred to Kulang which is 12 KM away from Manali and is the starting point of the trek
  
  The trek makes its way up the mountain through forestland and with a few stream crossings - Chor Nallah and Kohli Nallah
  
  The journey is mostly uphill but does include some long flat stretches to allow you to catch your breath.
  
  In the evening, enjoy some free time or you can take a walk around the campsite to explore the spot and acclimatize better.
  
  At night, enjoy stargazing under the clear sky and spend some relaxing time with nature.
  
  Retire for the night and enjoy an overnight stay in dome tents at Moridugh.

• Day 3 : Moridugh | Bhrigu Lake

  Wake up in the morning and prepare yourself for an adventurous day.
  
  After grabbing an early breakfast and collecting a packed lunch for the day, you shall leave for Bhrigu Lake.
  
  For the first two hours, you will trek through a dense silver oak forest.
  
  Reaching an altitude of 10,000 ft. forest ends and meadows start, where you witness a vast expanse of lush greens.
  
  After reaching Bhrigu, spend some time there, get lost in the beauty of this alpine lake, click photographs, have your lunch and start the descent down to the campsite.
  
  After reaching the camp, the rest of the day is for you to relax in your tents or explore on your own.
  
  Grab a scrumptious dinner and enjoy an overnight stay at the campsite.

• Day 4 : Descend to Kulang | Departure from Manali

  After a mouth-watering breakfast, check out of the camps.
  
  Begin descending towards Kulang village.
  
  A vehicle from Kulang village will take you back to Manali where the experience comes to an end.
  
  Get back home with splendid memories of this delightful trekking experience.
