Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi- Manali (570 Kms)

Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to Minto Road, Gandhi Market, Behind Ranjeet Hotel, Near Lal Quarter( on your own) at 5:00 pm .At sharp 5:30 pm Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 Hours). (Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In short, Manali-is the "Valley of the Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort. Reach Manali next morning at 6 - 7 am. Meet our representative and then transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 : Manali Half Day City Tour (3 - 4 Hrs.)

On arrival in Manali check in to the hotel. After getting refresh and having rest go for half day city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple (tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple is made by wooden temple is the located in middle of forest Van Vihar), Vashisht Village and Tibetan-Monastery. Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 : Rohtang Pass Up To Snow Line/ Solang Valley ( Rohtang Pass Not Not Including)

Today morning after breakfast excursion visiting Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (Up to Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall)… Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses) Afternoon at 4 - 5 pm return to Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 : Manali – Kullu – Manikaran (85 Kms) (4 Hrs)

Today morning after breakfast excursion to KULLU AND MANIKARAN. On arrival in Kullu you can do River Rafting and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Then visit Vaishno Devi Temple. After that proceed towards Manikaran. On arrival take a bath in Natural Hot Springs of Sulphur and then visit old Ram Temple and Gurudwara. Manikaran is located in the Parvati valley (Altitude of 1760 Meters) and along the river Beas. Later at 5 pm return to Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 : Manali -Delhi (570 Kms) (15 Hrs)

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel at 11:30 am and In afternoon at 4:30 pm proceed back to Delhi and reach Delhi next morning between 06:00 and 07:00 AM.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)

Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)

We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.

INR 2500/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.

30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.

For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50 % Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

Account Details: Bank Customers can make an online transfer of payments to our account. From your Bank of India account, you can make a Third Party Transfer to our account.
