Day 1 - Delhi - Manali (570 Kms/12-13 hrs.)
Arrive in hi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to R K Ashram Metro Station gate no.-4, ( on your own) at 5:00 PM. Overnight Journey by Volvo
Volvo Facilities:- A/C Semi Sleeper, LCD T.V, Mineral water, Blanket & Push Back Seats with Thigh Rests. (Luxury Volvo)

Day 2 - Arrival In Manali & Local City Tour (3-4 Hrs)
Reach Manali at 7 - 8 am, Meet our representative at Manali Volvo Stand and transfer to the hotel. After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes

1. Hadimba Devi Temple:- It chief central of interest in Manali , dedicated to the goddess Hadimba , the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D.

2. Vashisht(3.5 kms from Mall):- Hot Sulphur Water springs-which is widely believed as an effective skin diseases healer and posses various medical properties . Nearby it , is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple.

3. Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 Kms) :- This GadhanThekchokingGompa dominates the Tibetan area builtin 1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery

4. Club House (2 Kms from Mall) :- Club house is famous for a amusement activities like skating, Disco Theque, auditorium etc.. Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 - Manali (Full day Trip to Solang Valley)
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Kothi Gorge, Marhi, and Gulaba. Solang Valley, Solang Valley is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding, pristine lake and fairy white snow round the year. Return back to the hotel on time for dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 - Manali (Full Day Trip to Kullu( 45 Kms) Manikaran ( 80 Kms)
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Manikaran. Manikaran has the World's hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs alike. Return back to Kullu town enroute visiting the famous Kullu Shawl Industry. After Sightseeing Back to Manali, Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 5 - Departure
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel day Free for shopping. In Evening Transfer to Manali Volvo bus stand. Overnight Journey by Volvo

Booking of Tours:-
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 30% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.

As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.

Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 20% of the tour cost at this point.

Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you on Arrival.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Important Note:-
We do not guarantee any visa approval. Visa approval or rejection is totally depend on Embassy. In case of visa rejection, any cancellation or loss of booking or any amount loss, Call2trip will not be responsible and client will have to bear that cost.

Cancellation policy (Inbound and Domestic clients)
Bookings cancelled before 60 days from date of travel. 10% of total tour cost will be deducted
Booking cancelled between 59-45 days, from date of travel, 20% of total tour cost.
Booking cancelled between 44-30 days from date of travel, 30% of total tour cost.
Booking cancelled between 29-15 days from date of travel, 40% of total tour cost.
Booking cancelled between 14-7 days from date of travel, 50% of total tour cost.
Booking cancelled in less than 7 days, there will be no refund.
Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.

Note : 5% service charges and any bank charges will not be refunded in any case, if booking cancelled any time after confirmation of arrangements.
