Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Manali

  After arrival in Manali, you will be transferred to hotel for check-in. This day is to get used to the altitude and to help you acclimatize. You can go for a walk through Old Manali, do some shopping, withdraw money if you need to, eat a good meal and get ready for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay is in Manali.

• Day 2 : Manali – Jispa/Sarchu

  Today after an early breakfast you will be driven to Jispa/Sarchu via Rohtang pass. Enroute we will have lunch at Keylong. Enjoy the journey with beautiful views throughout. We will pass some difficult patches – Zingzing bar, Baralacha La. Early evening reach Sarchu. Overnight stay at Campsite.

• Day 3 : Jispa/Sarchu – Leh

  Today after breakfast leave for Leh. On the way visit Hemis and Shey monasteries. Evening free for leisure & own activities. Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 4 : Leh – Sangam – Hall of Fame – Leh

  Today after breakfast leave for half day excursion to Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar River meet. Afternoon you would be driven back to hotel. In the evening enjoy a sunset at Shanti Stupa. Night stay at hotel in Leh.

• Day 5 : Leh – Khandrungla Top – Nubra Valley

  Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardung-la-pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel/Camps. Later visit Diskit Village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel/Camp.

• Day 6 : Nubra to Turtuk, night stay in Turtuk

  After Breakfast, check out from the camps & visit Diskit Monastery. If time permits you can also go for ATV ride (personal expense) and then continue further till Turtuk.
  Turtuk falls in Baltistan- the place was under Pakistani control till 1971, so it is predominantly Muslim. Don't miss the chance to interact with the locals and their friendly behavior - the whole feel is like being in Pakistan. You can try delicious apricots here which are major source of income for the locals
  Visit Turtuk Waterfall and Turtuk Museum later on Enjoy the magnificent view of K2 peak while walking around. Dinner and overnight stay in Turtuk.

• Day 7 : Turtuk to Leh - via Hunder

  After breakfast head towards leh. You will stop over in Hunder which is 83 kms away from Turtuk. Hunder lies on the ancient silk route, once an important international trade route. Hunder is most popular for the double Humped camel safaris which are reminder the bygone era of Silk Route trade. Afterwards move to Leh
  On arrival done your check-in formalities. Enjoy café hopping and dinner. Overnight stay in your hotel.

• Day 8 : Leh to Pangong

  After Breakfast, head towards Pangong via Chang La pass. Pangong Lake is one of the most beautiful & scenic high altitude saltwater lakes. The beauty of this place is such that various Bollywood movies have been shot around this lake. Another fact about the lake is that one-third of this lake is controlled by India & rest two-third lies under Chinese province.
  Check In to the campsite and later go for a stroll around Pangong Lake in the evening. Have dinner in your Campsite

• Day 9 : Pangong Lake – Leh

  Today after breakfast, check out from the Camp & drive to Leh. En route visit Chang la pass considered as third highest motor able road and Thiksey Monastery. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 10 : Leh to Kargil via Batalik

  As morning gilds the skies, after breakfast, you will head towards Kargil via Batalik. On the way, you will visit the Dha-Hanu village, where the last race of Indo-Aryans resides. You will be amazed to see people adorned with jewellery and flowers. En route, you will also see the beautiful confluence of Zanskar and Indus River, the intriguing phenomenon of Magnetic Hills and the divine Gurudwara Pather Sahib. After exploration, return back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 11 : Kargil to Srinagar

  After breakfast, ride to Srinagar. En route, you will meander through the thrilling Zojila pass and Drass, the second coldest inhabited place on earth. Visit the Tiger Hills and other famous peaks in Kargil. You will reach in Srinagar by evening. Check-in the hotel and over night stay in Srinagar at hotel.

• Day 12 : Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

  After breakfast leave hotel and proceed for full day excursion trip of Gulmarg (8700 fts a.s.l) "Meadow of Flowers". Gulmarg has a famous Golf Course during summer (which is one of the highest 18-hole golf course in the world) and Ski Resort during winter. One can have Gondola ride (Cable car) (on self expenses basis). Return back to Srinagar for dinner and overnight in houseboat.

  In the morning, after breakfast, you will get transferred to Srinagar airport to fly back to your home destination with some beautiful and memorable memories.
