Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi – Manali Departure

  Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi go to Minto Road, Gandhi Market , (on your own), at 5:00 PM. At sharp 5:30 Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo Bus from Delhi to Manali (12-14 hours). Manali is also famous for adventure sports like Skiing , hiking , mountaineering , paragliding , rafting , trekking , kayaking , and mountain biking. In short, Manali is the “Valley of the Gods” & an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort . Reach Manali next morning at 6-8 AM.

• Day 2 : Manali Arrival Local Sightseeing

  On arrival at Manali, our representative assists to transfer you to the pre- booked hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up & enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. After sometime out from hotel for sightseeing of local Manali. On this day Visit :

  Manu Temple
  Tibetan Monastery
  Club House
  Van Vihar
  Mall Road

• Day 3 : Manali (Solang Valley)

  Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang Valley, here you can do adventure activities like: Paragliding/ Zorbing/ Skiing/ Rope way (all these activities are on ITINERARY extra cost).
  On an additional cost you can visit:
  Rohtang Pass (closed on Tuesday & After 15 November)
  Atal Tunnel
  Sissu Village
  In evening return back to hotel & dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

• Day 4 : Manali – Naggar Castle - Manali

  After breakfast visit Naggar Castle (which was Once the residence of Raja of Kullu is now popular for shooting of National / International Movies due to its overwhelming sceneries) & Roerich Art Gallery (displays the art of famous Russian Painter Nikolai Konstantinvoich Reorikh which enchant the visitors by Fabulous Painting &Serene Surroundings). Later back to hotel in Manali.

  On this day after breakfast in hotel, check out from hotel till 11:00 AM and enjoy your free time on Mall Road , evening catch the Volvo for Delhi.

• Hotels, Flights & Trains are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any cost arising due to natural climate like, snowfall, landslides, road blockage, and political disturbances (strikes) etc. to be borne by client, which is directly payable on the spot.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

• If in case you wish to pre-pone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 15 days in advance via mail.
• We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ pre-pone once (In case you inform 15 days advance through mail). However, after the first-time additional charges will be levied
• Within 15 to7 days to your journey any pre-pone/postpone case company will charge 25% ofthe total package cost.
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey)
• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
• Advance can be utilized within 1 year fromthe date ofadvance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% ofthe total package cost within 30 to 15 days from date of departure
• 50% ofthe total package cost within 8 to 14 days from date of departure
• 75% of the total package cost within 2 to 7 days from date of departures
• 100% of the total package cost within 48 hours from date of departure
• 20% - communication charges + bank charges will be deducted if you have cancelled your tour 30 days prior.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Check in time in hotel is 12:00 NOON & Check out time of the hotel is10:00 AM. (Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and hotel might charge you extra for it).
• ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution oftours.
• We shall not be responsible for anycancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc available here cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e., 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular dayas to ensure smooth execution oftours.
• If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as no-show charges.
