Day 1 : Delhi - Manali
In the evening board the Manali bound A/c Volvo Coach. (580 Kms. / 12-13 Hrs.). Overnight on board.
Day 2 : Manali
On arrival in Manali check into the hotel. The day is free to relax. Post lunch visit to Hadimba Devi Temple, Club House, Vashist Bath and Tibetan Monastery. Dinner & Overnight in the hotel.
Hadimba Devi Temple - Locally known as Dhungiri Temple, also known variously as the Hadimba Temple, is located in Manali, a hill station in the State of Himachal Pradesh in north India. It is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of Bhīma, a figure in the Indian epic Mahabharata. The temple is surrounded by a cedar forest called Dhungiri Van Vihar at the foot of the Himalayas. The sanctuary is built over a huge rock jutting out of the ground which was worshiped as an image of the deity. The structure was built in 1553.
Vashist Bath - While most temples will leave you spiritually rejuvenated, there are a few where you can take a dip into hot water springs and baths, which leave you refreshed and maybe even healthier. Situated 6 km away from Manali, these are natural hot springs accompanied by beautiful sandstone temples. The government has made arrangements for separate bathing areas for men and women. The water in these natural springs contains medicinal properties that are believed to cure skin diseases. This area is surrounded by hundreds of small shops from where you can buy souvenirs and religious merchandise.
Day 3 : Manali
After breakfast visit to Solang Valley (15 Kms.), famous for its picturesque location and adventurous activities, enjoy lots of activities there i.e. River Crossing/ Rock Climbing/ Rappelling / Paragliding/ Mountain Bike/ Zorbing/ Hot Air Ballooning / Pony Riding/ Cable Car etc. (at your own cost). In the evening you can enjoy leisurely walks in pine forest along River Beas and enjoy picnic on riverside (at your own). Dinner & Overnight in the hotel.
Solang Valley - (Valley) derives its name from a combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nullah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing.
Day 4 : Manali – Rohtang Pass
Early morning depart for full day excursion to Rohtang Pass (51 Km, 3 Hrs one side) (if weather permits). Rohtang Pass, at an altitude of more than 13000 feet, is the gateway to Lahaul, Spiti and Ladakh. Enjoy lots of adventurous activities there i.e. Skiing/ Snow Bike/ Pony Riding etc. (at your own cost). Enroute visit to Nehru Kund, Gulaba, Rahalla falls and Rani Nallah. Dinner & Overnight in the hotel.
Rohtang Pass - Is a high mountain pass on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas around 51 km (32 mi) from Manali. It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh, India. The pass is open from May to November. It is not particularly high or difficult to cross on foot by Himalayan standards, but it has a well-deserved reputation for being dangerous because of unpredictable snowstorms and blizzards.
Rehala Falls (also Rahala, Rahalla or Rahla) is a Cascade and Punchbowl type of a waterfall located 16 km from Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass. TheRehala waterfall is a tourist attraction on the Leh–Manali Highway in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. The best time to visit the waterfall is between the months of March and November.
Day 5 : Manali - Delhi
After breakfast day is free to stroll on the mall or for shopping. Afternoon board the New Delhi bound A/c Volvo Coach. (580 Kms. / 12-13 Hrs.). Overnight on board.
