Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Manali (Overnight Journey)

In the evening at 5 pm, Pick up from Delhi Volvo / Tempo Point and drive towards Manali. Overnight Journey

Day 2 : Manali Arrival and Half Day Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Manali and check in to hotel, After freshen up proceed to visit half day local sightseeing including Hadimba temple, the 450 years old Hidimba devi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali, Vashisht Temple situated on the banks of the majestic River Ravi, Manu temple and picturesque Naggar Valley. Evening you can enjoy the mall road, later back to the hotel. Enjoy your dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel. overnight stay at a hotel at Manali.

Day 3 : Manali – Solang Valley –Manali ( 51 Kms | 02 Hrs )

After Early morning Breakfast,proceed to Solang Valley ( Snow Point ) Situated at 13 km northwest of Manali, particularly a pictorial spot presenting awesome scenery of snow clad mountains and glaciers. The most common sports at Solang Valley are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. Dinner at Hotel, Overnight Stay.

Day 4 : Manali – Kullu – Manikaran / Naggar Castle (85 Kms.)

REMARKS:

• Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
• Extra Bed Means Extra Mattress.
• A.C will not work in hill stations.
• Heater charges are extra.
• The car may or may not have power windows.
• The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the rates of Fuel.
• In case of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme Court, Travelling Mountains will not be responsible in any case.
• If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass, the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : - No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in. the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis.

Payment Policies

 Reservation amount has to be paid upfront for us to start confirming your package.
 Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel amount has to be paid within 3 days of booking.
* Balance payment (if any) needs to be completed 15 days prior to travel.
* For travel in less than 15 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
* You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to Income Tax ACT.
* We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts:
* Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day
* Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.
* We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
* If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
* There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
* We will never ask you to pay in a personal account. Please always pay using our website or in our company bank account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Cancellation Policy

Date of booking to 31 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost + Non-Refundable Components.

30 to 16 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost + Non-Refundable Components.

15 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost ++ Non-Refundable Components.

Please Note:

Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
There will also be cancellation/amendment facilitation fee of Rs 2,500 per person (for Domestic Package) and Rs 5,000 per person (for International Package)
Amendment of Booking by Guest

If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to us Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies. We will not levy any separate cancellation charges for amendment purposes.

Visa and Immigration Details

Tourist visas are issued usually either for one month or for six months. For the one-month visa, entry into India has to be within one month from the date of issue and the six-month visa is valid for six months from the date of issue. Fees for both the categories are same.
All foreign nationals, including children, require a visa and passport before visiting Goa. For visiting Goa, please consult the concerned embassies in your area. For clarifications, please contact the Indian High Commission.
