Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Nairobi

0830hrs depart from our Nairobi offices or city centre based Hotels for a journey south along the floor of the Great Rift, and then climb the western wall entering Hemmingway's country 'Serengeti Plains'. Arrive in the Maasai Mara Game reserve in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at Oltome Mara Magic Resort.

Day 2 : Masai Mara

A full day is spent game viewing across the rich, treestudded grasslands and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains' game, black maned, leopard and cheetah, but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. This park is perhaps the most prolific in the world and definitely the best game park in the world too for the most approachable gam. All meals and overnight at the Oltome Mara magic/Similar.
- Meals & Drinks All meals
Day 3 : Naiorbi

Pre-breakfast game drives. Have breakfast and depart for LAke Nakuru. Enroute visit Lake Naivasha. PM arrival in Naivasha for overnight. Afternoon at Leisure. Day 4 after breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru for Morning game drive. After game drive depart for Naiorbi.

Deposit 50% of the total cost of the tour.
Balance payment must be paid two weeks prior to the departure. Incase of No Show 100% fee will be charged on every booking. The company is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings or personal injury. The right is reserved to alter route or tour, to offer substitutes of an equal value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should circumstances warrant such action. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or to retain any person of a tour at any time in which event an equitable amount of the cost of the tour will be refunded.
Liability
The company and its agent only acts as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sight-seeing, tours and transport, whether by aircraft, rail, road motor coach, ship, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay or loss or damage arising from any cause and in manner however.
The Company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the country in which the cause of action arises.
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the service agreed to be supplied and in the event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause (A) relating to the company's liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken, the company cannot be responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
It is essential that all clients understand that in Africa local conditions are not always predictable and such occurrence as border closures, delayed ferry sailing, breakdowns due to poor road conditions, overbooking in hotels/ Lodges etc. can add to from time to time cause delays, frustrations and diversions and change of accommodation. We will do our best to minimize inconvenience but cannot accept responsibility for these matters which are usually beyond our control.
