Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival

Meeting our company’s representative at Tbilisi international airport, transfer to the hotel. Chek-in and overnight.
Day 2 : Tbilisi-Mtskheta-Tbilisi

Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we have a short tour of Tbilisi, during our trip, we’ll visit number of visit cultural and historical heritages of city where you’ll discover European and Asian cultural synthesis. Our trip will start with Sameba Cathedral which is the highest cathedral in Caucasus. Our next destination is Metekhi church which is erected on the cliff above the Mtkvari river and overlooks the old part of Tbilisi. Next important pont is Abanotubani, where are located famous sulfur bathes. Than by the ropeway, we’ll claim to medieval centuries Narikala fortress which is erected on the slope cliff and creates breathtaking views of Tbilisi. After visiting Narikala fortress we have possibility to wondering in narrow streets of Old Tbilisi where cozy cafes, wine and souvenir shops are located. And finally, visit most famous Rustaveli Avenue were main cinemas, theatres and other cultural attractions are located.
Today’s next destination is Mtskheta, former capital of Georgia kingdom, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. All monuments of Mtsketa are outstanding examples of medieval religious architecture in Caucasus. During our trip, we’ll visit Svetiskhoveli cathedral (XI C) which served as a religious center of the country during centuries. This architectural wonder is included on the UNESCO world heritage site list. Jvari monastery (VI C), which is erected on the hill opposite of Mtsketa at the confluence of Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers which gives possibility to enjoy panoramic view of the town, and surroundings. This architectural complex is also on the UNESCO world heritage site list. After visiting Mtskheta, drive back and overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3 : Tbilisi-Sighnaghi-Tsinandali-Alaverdi-Tbilisi

Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast we have tour in eastern region of Georgia, Kakheti is maintaining as a cradle of wine-producing in Georgia. Our first stop is Sighnaghi, place of wine and love and most prettiest town in Kakheti. Among our trip in Sighnaghi, you can walk around the city walls. This small town is surrounded by 4.5 km stoned wall which stretched along the small mountain ridge. So you can strolled along it and admire the Alazani Valley. After wandering in Sighnaghi, we’ll visit Tsinandali. Here is located oldest and most famous wine cellar in Georgia. We great possibility to taste local wine, visit centuries old cellar and wandering famous Tsinandali garden which is decorated by Italianate style. Then we will visit Alaverdi Cathedral, which is second highest church in Georgia after Sameba Cathedral. After visiting Alaverdi, drive back in Tbilisi. Overnight Tbilisi.
Day 4 : Departure

Transfer to the airport from hotel. Departure
