Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Jammu - Katra (56 Kms/ 2 Hrs)

  Arrive Jammu. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and drive to Katra. The distance is about 56 kms, will be covered in about 2 hours, upon arrival in Katra Check into the hotel and leisurely spend your evening. Katra is the starting point for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
• Day 2 : Katra

  After breakfast Early in the morning we proceed further to visit the Holy temple of Vaishno Devi. This temple is situated on the top of the hill. To visit this temple one has to hire a pony or travel by foot. From Katra the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage is about 12 kms. After visiting the temple we return back to Katra the same day.Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.
• Day 3 : Katra - Pahalgam

  In the morning after having breakfast you will drive to Pahalgam. Pahalgam is the another popular hill resort of the Kashmir valley. Pahalgam is situated at a height of 7,200 feet. It is from Pahalgam that the pilgrims often take a Amarnath Yatra. Arrive in Pahalgam by the evening  .Rest of the day at leisure.Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 4 : Pahalgam Sight Seen - Srinagar

  Morning After breakfast leave for full day trip to Pahalgam, Visit to Chandanwari – 16kms from Pahalgam – accessible by Jeep or pony (Jeep & ponies can be hired directly). It is one of the most beautiful and fascinating idyllic resorts all the year round. It is the base for several treks in the region. Situated at the confluence of the Lidder river and set amidst fir and pine covered mountains or you can also visit Baisaran, & Aru Valley, or enjoy river Rafting (seasonal),evening drive to Srinagar for Night stay.

• Day 5 : Srinagar - Gulmarg (60 kms / 2 hours approximately)

  Breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast you will leave for a full day tour of Gulmarg – Meadow of Flowers. Gulmarg is a popular hill station and well known for skiing in winters. Gondola ride in Gulmarg is a must for all tourists. There are 2 phases of Gondola. The first phase takes you from Gulmarg to Kungdoor. The second phase takes you from Kungdoor to Aparwath. The tickets can be booked in advance on http://www.gulmarggondola.com. In the evening return to your hotel in Srinagar for overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Gulmarg - Srinagar City Tour

  After breakfast, check out from hotel and start drive to Srinagar for site scene of the famous places in Srinagar.

  Nishat Garden "Garden of Pleasure
  Shalimar "Garden of Love
  Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard on return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, jewelry ornaments. Dinner and Overnight stay in the Hotel.

  • Hotspots Shankaracharya Temple, Nishat Garden
• Day 7 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar

  After breakfast leave with full day excursion for Sonamarg "The meadow of gold". Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg is at a distance of 84 Kms from Srinagar is also called as "The meadow of gold" .Sonamarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. The place is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer. Drive back from Sonamarg to Srinagar. Dinner and Overnight stay at the Hotel.

  After breakfast enjoy the morning in Srinagar and get ready for transfer to the Jammu for onward destination.
