• Day 1 : Delhi To Mathura By Cab

  First Stop: Gokul
  Your first stop is Gokul which is 10 km from Mathura. A beautiful village on the banks of the Yamuna River and is connected to Lord Krishna’s childhood. It is believed that Lord Krishna spent his early years here under the care of his foster mother Yashoda. Gokul is very crowded during Krishna Janmashtami and Nandotsav. Key attractions here are:

  Raman Reti: Where Krishna used to play with his friends.
  Brahmand Ghat: A sacred place on the banks of the Yamuna River.

• Day 2 : Vrindavan Exploration

  After breakfast check out from your Mathura hotel and drive to Vrindavan, the town where Lord Krishna spent his childhood and did his divine Leela. Vrindavan is a big pilgrimage site and has many temples dedicated to Lord Krishna and his Radha. Spend the day visiting the temples and sacred places:
  
  Shri Banke Bihari Mandir: A famous temple of Lord Krishna where the curtain is opened and closed every few minutes in front of the deity.
  Nidhivan Temple: A sacred place where Krishna and Radha’s divine love is said to be still present. Krishna visits this place at night.
  Rangji Temple: A beautiful South Indian style temple of Lord Rangji (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu).
  Radha Vallabh Mandir: Dedicated to Radha, beautiful idol worship and peaceful surroundings.
  ISKCON Temple: A global chain of temples, ISKCON’s Vrindavan centre is famous for its deities, serene atmosphere and devotion.

• Day 3 : Mathura- Agra -Delhi

  On the last day of your tour, you can check-out from your hotel in Mathura and drive to Agra, home of the famous Taj Mahal This city is about 3-4 hours from Mathura and is full of Mughal grandeur and architecture. The first stop on your Agra tour will be the Taj Mahal, a monument of love. The beautiful white marble monument was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It’s one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  
  Next Stop: Agra Fort
  This fort was built by Emperor Akbar in 16th century and is a perfect example of Mughal architecture. Inside the fort you will see beautiful palaces, mosques and courtyards.
  
  Other Agra attractions:
  Sikandra: The tomb of Emperor Akbar is in beautiful gardens.
  Mehtab Bagh: A garden with great views of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.
  Itmad-ud-Daulah: Also known as Baby Taj, a dupe of the Taj Mahal with complex marble work. Afternoon, you will be head to Fatehpur Sikri which is about an hour drive away from Agra.”
  Afternoon Visit to Fatehpur Sikri
  After lunch, head out to Fatehpur Sikri, about an hour from Agra. Built by Akbar in the 16th century, this former Mughal capital is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Red sandstone and history are the hallmarks of this place. Key attractions here are:
  
  Buland Darwaza: The main entrance to Fatehpur Sikri is a 40 meter high gateway.
  Diwan-i-Khas: A private audience hall with a central pillar.
  Jodha Bai Palace (Mariam-uz-Zamani Palace): A palace with Hindu and Mughal architecture.
  Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti: A tomb of the Sufi saint surrounded by marble work.
  Jama Masjid: A big mosque in Fatehpur Sikri with intricate carvings.
  Panch Mahal: A five storeyed palace with a view of the surrounding area.
  In the evening you will be returning back to Delhi after visiting Fatehpur Sikri. It will take around 3 to 4 hours to reach your desired location in Delhi by evening.
