The Mekong Delta, lies 50 miles south of Saigon, is one of Vietnam’s main tourist attractions. In the Mekong Delta, tourists can do many excursions around its canals, where floating markets are still the place where locals exchange goods, enjoy a tapestry of sights and sounds, and enjoy a landscape of rice fields, sugar cane, forest and local life.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh City - Chau Doc

  This Tour Starts in the Morning with a Drive Through the Mekong Delta to the Town of My Tho for a Visit to the Local Markets. After Browsing Through the Markets, Board Our Riverboats for a Cruise Along the Endless Waterways of the Mighty Mekong. Stop At Xeo Quyt Forest, An Old Viet Cong Stronghold During the American War. Continue Onto Long Xuyen and Board Our Vehicle for the Drive to Chau Doc. Overnight in Chau Doc.

• Day 2 : Chau Doc - Vinh Long.

  In the Morning in Chau Doc, Go Through a Bonsai Garden Before Heading Up Sam Mountain for a Birds Eye View Over the Paddy Fields Towards Cambodia. After Visiting a Fish Farm, Drive to Can Tho for a Tour Around the City. Continue to Drive to Vinh Long Where We Board Our Private Boat for a Cruise to a Lush Tropical Orchard. Tonight We Will Be Accommodated with a Local Family in Their Hoon Stilts. Mattresses, Mosquito Nets and Pillows are Provided. This is a Unique Opportunity to Closely Observe Life in the Delta.

• Day 3 : Vinh Long - Phong Dien - Cai Rang Floating Market

  After Breakfast, Take a Boat Trip to the Bustling Wholesale Cai Rang and Phong Dien Floating Market. Keep Cruising Through the Small Canals System- Mighty Mekong River On Sampan; Visit the Rice Noodles Making Village. Experience the "monkey Bridge" in the Delta. Visit the Second Floating Market of Cai Rang. Have Lunch. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Stop for Visit & Rest At the Bonsai Garden in My Tho. Trip Will Be Finished At Your Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
