Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Mandalay - Mogok

  Upon arrival at Mandalay Tadaoo Airport, you are welcomed by your local Tour Guide and drive to Mogok, 205 km (128 miles) north of Mandalay about 7 hrs from Tadaoo Airport. We will use Mandalay - Mattaya - Mogok (Old but safest Road). First, driving part is passing through flat and plain, after that driving through mountain ranges; there are nearly one thousand bends and curves along the route.
  On the way, stop at some villages and study their traditional customs and daily work. They are living on farming, wood-cutting, weaving thatch for roofing and selling regional products of vegetable. Lunch at Lat-pan village .Arrive in at Mogok in the late evening; round about 8:00 pm. Check in at the hotel and overnight at the Hotel in Mogok.

• Day 2 : Mogok Gems Excursion

  After breakfast in the hotel, your Gems excursion tour starts in the Eastern part of Mogok with Cinema Hall Gem market "Htar Pwe", visit to Gold smith, Mogok Market, Gems cutting and polishing and visit Gems Art(lapidary art) workshops. After lunch, proceed to Pan-Chan (Park) Gems market; noted for precious & high quality Gems trading spot. Late afternoon, visit Daw Nan Kyi’ hill to enjoy Panorama and sunset over Mogok. Stroll along Night Market, dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Mogok.

• Day 3 : Mogok Gems Excursion

  Today, early morning drive to Bernard village; nowadays known as Ywarthayar village; tour highlights Gems market & local five day market. Visit 120-year-old British Army’s Weapon mausoleum & War Cemetery; stop at Rose Garden for refreshment.
  Proceed to Pyaung Gaung village; where famous peridot is found. Visit Gems mines, open pit mines, tunnel type mines and traditional four feet square mines.
  On the way back to Mogok, visit to Spider hill, Gems excursion to Pan-ma Gems market in the eastern part of Mogok . In the late afternoon, enjoy sun-set from view-point. Return to Hotel in Mogok. Dinner at your hotel and overnight in Mogok.

  After breakfast in the hotel, check out your hotel room and drive to Kyat Pyin and a half day tour highlights; Kyauk-pyat-that Pagoda and its Gem shops along the stairway. Then, proceed to Mandalay. Lunch at Lat-pan village. Arrive in Mandalay in the late evening. Overnight at the Hotel in Mandalay
