Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Delhi

  On arrival welcome reception with garland at airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 : Arrive At Leh

  Arrival Leh by morning flight and transfer to the hotel. Full day of complete rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 35 00 mtrs). Overnight in hotel.
  Leh :Leh is a beautiful Himalayan destination in Ladakh, North India. Its a dream destination of almost every tourist. Leh is the second largest district in the country. Its elevation is approximately 3555 meters (11,490 feet). Leh is a small town, easy to get most places by foot. The old town is a compact area of mud brick houses and narrow lanes directly to the east of Main Bazar. This land is barren yet colorful mountains, the great ancient Buddhist Monasteries with picturesque locations, the traditional folk songs & dances, colorful masked dances of monastic festivals, fantastic landscapes & clear blue sky, the huge crystal clear lakes, the silence of valleys. • Day 3 : Leh Local Sightseeing

  After leisurely breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery and Stok Palace Museum. Overnight in hotel.

• Day 4 : Leh-lamayuru-uleytoko

  In the morning drive down the Indus Valley on a tour of the Lamayuru (approx. 130 kms.) circuit, famous for the dramatically located Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining ‘Moonland’ features. After sightseeing and lunch here, retrace the Leh route till Uleytokpo (60 kms.) and check into a fixed camp / resort for overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Uleytoko - Leh

  After breakfast drive towards Leh, enroute visiting the 11th century Alchi Choskor, oldest surviving monastic heritage of Ladakh- a UNESCO listed heritage site. Thereafter, visit Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers), Magnetic Point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk monastery) & Hall of Fame. Overnight in hotel.

• Day 6 : Leh-pangong Lake - Leh

  Full day excursion to Pangong Lake (approx. 300 kms round trip, located on the Indo-China Border), enroute crossing the Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.). After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh, reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight in hotel.

• Day 7 : Leh

  Free day at Leh for rest. In the afternoon visit Shanti Stupa, Sankar Gompa, Leh Palace & the markets. Overnight in hotel.

  • Hotspots : Leh Palace

• Day 8 : Leh –nubra Valley

  After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area and Samstaling Gompa. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit / Hundar for overnight in a fixed camp or hotel.

• Day 9 : Nubra Valley -leh

  In the morning visit / explore Deskit , Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a shortcamel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Leh reaching in the late afternoon / evening. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 10 : Leh – Delhi Fly

  Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back to Delhi. On arrival Delhi pick-up from airport and proceed a half day sightseeing of Delhi visiting Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Birla Temple. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

  • Hotspots : Qutab Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple

• Day 11 : Departure Transfer to Airport

  This day on time departure transfer to airport for flight to home.
