This is an extended tour of Russia's bustling metropolitan capital, Moscow. Marvel at the grandeur of the Kremlin walls and the beauty of Red Square, visit the Tretyakov Gallery and the capital's highlights.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Moscow

  Welcome to Moscow, the legendary capital of Russia and its largest and most vibrant city! Your driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your centrally located hotel for check-in.
  The rest of the day is free to relax in your cozy room, dine in one of the nearby restaurants or start exploring the amazing city center on your own.
• Day 2 : Moscow Sightseeing Tour

  Following breakfast at the hotel you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and have a wonderful city tour around the most magnificent Moscow landmarks.
  Your tour starts in the very heart of Moscow - the Red Square that has many key attractions including the famous GUM department store and Lenin's Mausoleum.
  Next you explore one of the most outstanding Moscow icons - the Kremlin. You go inside the Kremlin walls to visit it's famous Armoury Chamber that houses a unique collection of crown jewels, stunning coronation finery, hand-forged armor and weapons, royal carriages and sleighs, and world-famous Fabergé eggs.
  You then proceed to St. Basil's Cathedral - the colorful iconic symbol of the country and the most recognizable Russian building that stands on the beautiful Red Square. St. Basil's dates back to 1561 and was built on the order of Ivan the Terrible. Your guide also takes you inside the cathedral.
  After the tour you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.
• Day 3 : Moscow Sightseeing & Trip to Novodevichy Convent

  After breakfast in your hotel you meet your guide and continue seeing the highlights of Moscow. You get to marvel at the grandeur and beauty of Russia's mighty capital.
  You then go on a trip outside of Moscow to visit Novodevichy Convent, the icon of Russian Orthodoxy and the most picturesque monastery in Russia. The territory boasts incredible parks, churches and a very prestigious cemetery.
  After the tour you are transferred back to your hotel and have the rest of the day free
• Day 4 : Visit to the Tretyakov Gallery & Moscow Subway

  Following breakfast you enjoy a guided tour to the world-famous treasure trove of Russian fine art, the Tretyakov Gallery, where you spend several amazing hours viewing the gems of its collection, including the famous masterpieces of Ivan Aivazovsky, Mikhail Vrubel and Viktor Vasnetsov.
  To make this visit more enjoyable you take a short metro ride to/from the Tretyakov Gallery to taste the local life. Moscow Subway really deserves a visit as it is a great example of Soviet architecture and is often called "the underground palaces of Moscow". On Stalin’s order, the subway was built to display the advantages of socialism. Today the Soviet Union is gone, but the beautiful underground city is still active and carries millions of passengers each day.
  After the tour you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.
• Day 5 : Izmailovo Park

  After breakfast at the hotel, your guide takes you to the beautiful Izmailovo Park. A sprawling forest of ponds and trails through vibrant scenery, it is a perfect escape from the hustle of the city while still providing a number of exciting activities.
  While there you visit the Izmailovo Market to buy souvenirs and gifts for your friends back home and take a tour to the Museum of Russian vodka.
  After the tour you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.
• Day 6 : Departure from Moscow

  This is the final day of your amazing Moscow tour! After breakfast you check out from the hotel and your private driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
