• Day 1 : Arrive Calgary

  Welcome to Canada. Arrive at Calgary International Airport and transfer yourself to your hotel. Your Canada Roadbook awaits you at the front desk. The rest of the day is for you to relax and soak in the modern family-friendly attractions of this urban cowboy city. Overnight in Calgary.
• Day 2 : Calgary / Banff (130 kms)

  This morning you leave Calgary behind and set your sights on the magnificent Rocky Mountains. Feel the majesty of these mountains as you first travel through the foothills and then enter Banff National Park, a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts with a wide range of activities, including flightseeing and river rafting. On arrival at the bustling town of Banff, the rest of the day is free for you to explore its numerous charms. Overnight in Banff.

• Day 3 : Banff

  The day is free for you to tour Banff and the surrounding area. It's a wildlife haven and alpine wonderland all rolled into one. We recommend you zip to the top of Sulphur Mountain aboard the Banff Gondola for amazing views. Visit the Buffalo Nations Luxton Museum, or stroll through the charming streets admiring the many shops. You may also try river rafting on the Bow River or take a boat tour on beautiful Lake Minnewanka. Overnight in Banff.
• Day 4 : Banff / Jasper (285 kms )

  Onward to Jasper, driving along the spectacular Icefields Parkway, said to be one of the most scenic routes in the world! This majestic highway meanders in the shadow of towering mountains - revealing a panorama of peaks, glaciers, waterfalls and valleys. We suggest stops at Lake Louise and Peyto Lake en route. The experience of the Columbia Icefield by Ice Explorer is a must-do today and is located on the boundary of Jasper and Banff National Park. A visit to Maligne Canyon in Jasper National Park should not be missed. Return to the road for the final stretch to the resort town of Jasper. Overnight in Jasper.
• Day 5 : Jasper - Sun Peaks (390 kms )

  The Yellowhead Highway will take you on a route first explored by trappers and traders. Along this scenic route, you will see Mount Terry Fox as well as Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Rockies, often shrouded by misty clouds. If time permits, we suggest exploring the volcano-shaped landscape of Wells Gray Provincial Park, a nature Reserve priding itself on the untamed and pristine state of its wilderness. Here we recommended you board a specially designed jet boat for a one hour boat safari through the Grizzly Bear Valley. An experienced guide will accompany you to help you spot black bears, grizzly bears and moose.
  Continue onward to Sun Peaks, an all year round resort for families. Overnight in Sun Peaks.
• Day 6 : Sun Peaks - Vancouver ( 405 kms )

  Driving past Kamploops this morning you will traverse the stunning, sagebrush-covered ranchlands along the South Thompson River. This is still the land of vast herds of cattle and cowboys on horseback. Entering between the towering rock walls of the Fraser Canyon, you will be amazed at the whitewater rapids of the Fraser River. Further downstream, the lush Fraser Valley opens up into the maritime basin characteristic of the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia as you approach Vancouver, Canada?s Gateway to the Pacific. Overnight in Vancouver.
• Day 7 : Vancouver

  You have the entire day to tour Vancouver and the surrounding area. Situated in a magnificent setting among the sea, the beaches, the harbour and the steep Coast Mountains, Vancouver is considered to be the 'Jewel' of North America's Pacific Coast. We recommend you take the time to discover Vancouver on a Hop-on Hop-off trolley tour, taking in the sights of the city. • Day 8 : Depart Vancouver
