Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Muscat-Half Day Muscat City Tour

  Arrival in the hotel by yourself & At 09.00 AM, The tour will begin with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Later you visit Bait Al Zubair Museum. You will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al AlamPalace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. Evening you will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you will be bargaining for handicrafts and silver items. Return to hotel in the afternoon after the tour.Evening at leisure.
  
  Overnight in Hotel Muscat Holiday, Muscat
• Day 2 : Muscat-Nizwa-Jebel Sham

  0800 hrs We stop at the pretty village of Birkat Al Mauz situated at the foothills of Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountains). Enjoy a walk through its oasis and dense date plantations. Then we depart for Jabrin, the finest of Oman's castles built in the late 17th century became a seat of Omani learning. The castle displays the highest achievement in Omani ceiling painting & beautifully executed woodcarvings. Visit Jebel Shams stop at the terrace farming village of Wadi Ghul. Our next stop takes us to Wadi Nakher located in the depth of our deepest canyon. In the Jebel Akhdar range Jebel Shams the highest peak offers a spectacular view. Nizwa, capital of the interior, is the birthplace of Islam in the Sultanate of Oman. Nizwa Souq is renowned for its intricately hand-carved "Khanjars" (daggers) & ornamental silver jewellery.
  
  Overnight at Al Diyar hotel, Nizwa
• Day 3 : Jabel Shams-Wadi Bani Khalid-Wahiba Desert

  Breakfast. 0800 hrs We depart from Nizwa for Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating red and White sea of sand and dunes rising up to 200 meters, which are host to a variety of flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. Visit a Bedouin house in this wilderness. In stark contrast to this is Wadi Bani Khalid. It comprises of small pretty villages embedded in the mountains. The Wadi has clear deep blue water. Continue drive to the great desert of Oman Known as the "Wahiba Sands". Soon you will come face to face with the enormous desert and our experienced drivers drive you through the sand dunes to give you a thrill of dune driving.
  
  After having enjoyed the drives over the lovely dunes you could perhaps meet the Bedouin family to know more about
  their life style in the desert. Thereafter you will bid goodbye to the inhabitants of the desert to drive to reach the
  campsite
  
  Buffet Dinner and Overnight stay at Desert Wahiba Sands
• Day 4 : Wahiba Desert-Sur Dhow Factory-Bibi Miryam Tomb-Wadi Arbyeen-muscat

  Breakfast. 0800 hrs leave behind beautiful desert. Depart for sur. Visit Sur, renowned for its dhow shipyard in former times. There after you can start your fascinating coastal trip to Muscat. The road leads through scenic countryside and rugged mountains to the small fishing towns. On the coastal road you stop at Bibi Miriam Mausoleum in Qalhat. Later you visit Wadi Tiwi, an oasis well known for its lemon and date plantations and then proceed to Fins beach. Visit the picturesque Wadi Arbayeen with its deep pools of water set among the date palms. We then proceed to the Bimah sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom. On clear sunny days while driving along the coast one might chance to see sharks in the deep blue waters or fleet footed Gazelles sprint across the landscape.
  
  Overnight in Hotel Muscat holidays, Muscat
• Day 5 : Departure Transfer

  Departure transfers to Airport to connect the flight back home.
