• Trip is fixed as per above schedule & options.


• Customer must be waiting for transport at designated location at least 15 minutes before pickup time.


• JHB-RWS (USS)-JHB shuttle service provided by RWS (owner of USS) with the conditions stipulated in their contract and subject to change.


• Reservation HAS to be booked directly with AA DISCOVERY. For any special request or additional needs, please let us know in advance. These will be subject to approval by respective parties involved in this packaging in which we will response in due course.


• We reserve the right to revise all the rates when currency between MYR and SGD has fluctuated.


• No amendment and cancellation after reconfirm booking. Full cancellation charge applied. Thus any confirmed booking is Not Refundable/Not Exchangeable whether in part / whole if not utilize.


• Any Group Booking (Min 20 pax) are entitle for Group Fare and inquiry should be sent directly.

• Please print out your Confirmation/Hotel, USS e-ticket/voucher, Transfer Voucher. Please bring along your valid passport and visa (if required).


• Your voucher is proof of purchase and must be presented at the hotel upon arrival to redeem USS tickets and transfer.


• Failure to present your voucher upon check in may result in you being charged at a higher rate by the hotel and still pay full cancellation on the existing book

• Single pricing is for 1 (ONE) person on this package all the way.


• However, minimum pax is 2 pax up and Single price/sharing is only valid for the 3rd person.


• Twin price is for two pax sharing one room on the package.


• Triple is same price as twin but sharing 1 room on the package.

• Child Rates only applicable with sharing with Minimum 01 Adult Single Sharing / 02 Adults Twin sharing per booking per room only.


• If there is no Adults sharing with Child, then the Child are applicable to Adults rates.
