Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Arrival in NJP railway station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Our representative will meet you and transfer you to Kalimpong(3-4 hrs drive). Evening Free for leisure activities.
  
• Day 2 : Kalimpong Sightseeing Transfer to Darjeeling

  Tour Start Time (8:30 am)
  After breakfast start for sightseeing covering Dello Hills, Humana Tok, Dr. Graham’s Home, Flower Nurseries and Mangal Dham.
  Once sightseeing is completed continue your travel to next destination – Darjeeling. Travel time is 3-4 hrs.
  
• Day 3 : Darjeeling Sightseeing/ Toy Train Ride(Optional)

  3 Points: 4am- 8am. Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4 am) to morning view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery.
  7 Points: 9:30am-3:00pm. After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea Garden, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self – Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda & Ropeway.
  Toy Train: 8:00am- 10:30 am : After breakfast take a joy ride with Himalayan Toy train which is listed in a UNESO. The drive is 8 kms  starting from Darjeeling station to Ghum(India’s Highest Railway station) and back to Darjeeling.

• Day 4 : Transfer to Pelling/Pelling Sightseeing

  Tour Start Time (7:30 am)
  After breakfast transfer to Pelling(6100 ft). Travel time from Darjeeling to Pelling is 4-5 hrs.
  After lunch start for sightseeing covering Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls.
• Day 5 : Transfer to Gangtok/HalfdaySightseeing

  Tour Start Time (7:30 am)
  After breakfast start continue your travel to next destination – Gangtok. Travel time is 4-5 hrs.
  After lunch sightseeing covering take a half day city tour covering Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Flower Show. Overnight in Gangtok.
• Day 6 : Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir

  Tour Start Time (7:30-8:30 am)
  After breakfast start for an excursion to Changu Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms from Gangtok city. This serene lake is situated at an altitude of 12,000 ft on the Gangtok Nathu La highway. The lake is oval in shape, 15 meters deep and is considered sacred by the local people. It is also a home of brahminy ducks. It's cool, placid water harmonizes with the scenic beauty around. This placid lake remains frozen during the winter months up to mid-May.
  Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometres further and is an optional tour. Prior permission is required to visit Nathula Pass. Extra cost applies for extended tour to Nathula.
  Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall)/local Shopping at Gangtok.
• Day 7 : Gangtok- Lachen

  Tour Start Time: 9:30 am
  
  GANGTOK - LACHEN (ABOUT 125 KMS / 6 HRS) :   After breakfast drive to Lachen (altitude 8800 ft) for about 6 hours. En route visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Falls, Naga Water Falls. Stop on way for lunch. Reach Lachen by evening . Overnight halt at Lachen.
  Meal- Breakast, Lunch and Dinner
• Day 8 : Lachen - Chopta Valley - Gurudongmar Excursion

  Early morning excursion to Gurudongmar Lake.
  After breakfast leave for Thangu & Chopta Valley. Thangu valley occupies a very broad valley at the function of the Thangu Chu, Chopta chu & Lassur Chu. It is situated at an altitude of 14000ft. Both the valley erupts riots of colours in the month of June & July. In the month of Dec/Jan you can play in the snow or even walk across the meandering frozen Chopta rivers. Leave Chopta valley and move to Lachen for lunch. After lunch move to Lachung seeing some beautiful waterfalls like Twin Waterfalls & Bhim Nala Waterfalls.
  Meal- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

• Day 9 : Lachung - Yumthang Excursion - Gangtok

  After breakfast leave for Yumthang (The Ultimate Paradise). Lush green valley’s & high peaked mountains all around you. In April/May/June the valley is struck by the riot of colours with Rhododendron, Alpine & Primula flowers. Yumthang is renowned for its Hot Spring which is rich in sulphur. In Nov/Dec/Jan you can enjoy the scenic & panoramic views of the valleys & surrounding mountain ranges with snow-capped peaks.
  After lunch departure for  Gangtok en route witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls. On the way if the weather is clear you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik.
  On arrival at check-in to your hotel in Gangtok.
  Meal- Breakfast and Lunch.

• Day 10 : Return

  Tour Start Time (7:30-8:00 am)
  Return drive from Gangtok to NJP or Bagdogra airport. Trip ends, Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (120 kms / 4-5 hrs drive).
