Rani Tal - Rani Tal is a lake situated in heart of Nahan town. The Ranital complex comprises a large temple, a water pond with Ducks and cranes and a garden adjoining.
Suketi Fossil Park - Suketi Fossil Park (4 kms from Kala Amb) displays life size fiberglass model of pre-historic animals whose fossil, skeletons were unearthed here. The park is first of its kind in Asia to be developed at the actual site where fossils were discovered.
Renuka Lake - Renuka lake (2000 ft asl) is the largest lake in Himachal Pradesh, with a circumference of about 3214 m and is considered Holy and home to Renuka temple which is a popular local pilgrimage. Boating is available on the lake. A lion safari and a zoo are popular visit options as well at Renuka.
Trilokpur Temple - Trilokpur is a place of great religious importance.It is considered to be childhood place of Maa Vaishno Devi. The temple of the goddess Mahamaya Bala Sundri is very famous and attracts lakhs of pilgrims from all over Northern India.
Simbalwara Wildlife Sanctuary - 12 km off the main Paonta Sahib - Nahan road, this is known for a variety of bird life.
Gurudwara Paonta Sahib - Gurdwara Paonta Sahib is situated mid-way between Dehradun and Nahan (50 kms either way) and a major pilgrim centre for Sikhs.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Nahan. Visit Paonta Sahib

  Arrival at Nahan. Enroute visit Trilokpur Temple. Late afternoon visit to Paonta Sahib Gurdwara (50 kms), one of the most visited Gurdwaras and a Sikh Pilgrimage centre.

• Day 2 : Nahan

  Visit Renuka Lake (22 kms) and Renuka Temple. Alongwith that visit nearby Simbalwara Wildlife Safari where animals rescued are kept in open captivity. Once back to Nahan visit places around Nahan town such as Ranital, Suketi Fossil Park, Jaggannath Temple etc.

  Depart for onward journey.
