Package Overview

Naivasha is located 92 kms away from Nairobi which is approximately 2 hours for a Tourist Vehicle and approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for a Public/Private vehicle. Leave Nairobi Hotel in the morning with a stopover at the view point to see the escarpment wall. Arrive Naivasha after 2 hours drive depending on the time you started from Nairobi.HELL’S GATE
Hell’s gate got its name after the intense geothermal within its boundaries, the park as two gates the main one and the Olkaria gate takes one to the Geothermal power plant located inside the park. You will decide if to have the game drive with your car or to hire bicycles and cycle the 14 Kms to and from the gorge.

The park is a home to the following animals; Thomson’s Gazelles, Baboons, Hartebeest, Elands, Zebras, Giraffes, African Buffalos among other animals but no predators. Upon arrive at the gorge you will have a guided walk by local guide who are not paid but are given tip at least usd $10 to usd $20, have amazing view of the rock layers. There also other scenery like the Fischers Tower which one of the popular climbing rock in Hell’s Gate.

CRESCENT ISLAND GAME SANTUARY
In Kenya we only have one Crescent island game sanctuary and is located here in Naivasha and the only place for you to walk with animals, Nome game drive or cycling. The park is accessible by boat or by road but it’s always great to use the boat to also have the view of birds at the lake.

The park host animals like wildebeest, waterbuck,, Zebras, Gazelles and Giraffes among other animals as well the birds like Pelicans, Fish Eagle and Cormorants.

BOAT RIDE AT THE LAKE
Optional boat ride can be arrange for you to watching the birds and the hippos at the lake, Later leave Naivasha with great memories and great pictures for future remembrance of the day.
