Kanha national park
(160km from Jabalpur): Kanha National Park: - It is one of India’s largest national parks, covering 1945 sq km including a Core zone 940 sq km. Due to project tiger, local awareness and a policy of wildlife management over the past 30 years has seen a steady increase in the numbers of tigers and leopards, as well as sambar, spotted deer, swamp deer and gaur (Indian bison). At the last census the tiger population was 133 and leopards numbered 107. Theres a good chance of sighting tigers, gaur and herbivores, Besides this, there are some 200 species of birds, making Kanha a bird watcher’s paradise. A project Tiger Reserve harbouring and abundance of wildlife species, Kanha enjoys the status of a well-maintained and tourist-friendly National Park.

Bandhavgarh national park
(190km from Jabalpur; 237 km from Khajuraho): Bandhavgarh National Park is one place where you can be almost certain of seeing a tiger in its natural habitat. Stretching over 448 sq km. Bandhavgarh National Park is rich in other forms of wildlife like deer, leopard, sambar and wild boar. It is equally rich in bird life, home to over 200 species. Dominating Bandhavgarh National Park area is the Bandhavgarh Fort. Scattered throughout the park and particularly around the fort, are numerous caves containing shrines and ancient Sanskrit inscriptions.

Pench national park
(172 km from Jabalpur, 92km from Nagpur): Nestled in the southern slopes of the Satpura ranges, it gets its name from the Pench River that flows through it. It lies in southern Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra. Pench Tiger Reserve has the highest density of herbivores in India.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Khajuraho

  Upon arrival at Khajuraho airport meet our representative and transfer to hotel. Note: if you interested, afternoon visit the western group of temple, famous for live Kamasutra statue of chandella dynasty period -the poetry of love on temple wall. (Famous for worldwide).

• Day 2 : Khajuraho- Bandhavgarh National Park (4hr Drive + Visit)

  Morning after early breakfast drive towards Bandhavgarh National Park. Check in a nice resort. Afternoon meet the wild tiger on nature while open jeep safari in side of the park( Jeep safari is safe in the park).

• Day 3 : Bandhavgarh National Park

  Meet the wild animal (tiger) on nature while on jeep safari during early morning and afternoon -after finishing two more safari rest and relax at the resort.

  Morning drive towards Kanha national Park, check in a nice resort near the entry gate. Afternoon open jeep safari in side of the park.

  Meet the wild animal (tiger) on nature while on jeep safari during early morning and afternoon after finishing two more safari rest and relax at the resort.

  Morning departure to Jabalpur (4hr drive) airport for your onwards journey.
  
  Note: The above two national park are closed from 1st July to 31st Oct. Owing to the monsoons every year. Although it’s possible to see wildlife throughout the season, sightings increase as the weather gets hotter in March and April and the animals move out of the tree cover in search of water.
