Day 1 : Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : Kathmandu – Nagarkot
Morning breakfast at hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Kathmandu Durbar Square,Situated in the heart of old Kathmandu city at Basantapur, Kathmandu Durbar Square never fails to impress first time visitors with its ensemble of palaces, courtyards and temples built during the Malla period. The Durbar Square includes the Hanuman Dhoka Royal Palace, the historic seat of the royalty; the magnificent Taleju Temple towering more than 40 meters; KumariGhar, the residence of the Living Goddess, Kumari; Ashok Vinayak, also called Kathmandu Ganesh, a temple without a filial ; and KalBhairav, the God of Wrath. The capital takes its name from the giant pagoda of Kasthamandap, which is said to have been built out of a single tree. Since the time of the Malla kings, the Durbar Square has been the city’s social, religious and political focal point. or Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the old royal palace of the then Kathmandu Kingdom. It is one of three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Lunch, After Lunch Drive to Nagarkot. On the way Sight Seeing of Bhaktapur Durbar Square,among the three durbar squares, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square is by far the most elegant with its large open space facing south. The 15th century Palace of 55 Carved Windows and the palace entrance, the Golden Gate – a masterpiece in repousse art – have added splendour to this palace square which consists of buildings dating from the 13th century to the 18th century. The extraordinary Durbar Square with its extraordinary monuments reflects the glory days of the Malla dynasty when art and architecture thrived in the three cities of the valley. In front of the palace building are innumerable temples and architectural showpieces like the Lion Gate, the statue of King BhupatindraMalla mounted on a giant stone pillar and the Batsala Temple. The stone temple of Batsala Devi is full of intricate carvings and is a beautiful example of Shikhara-style architecture. There is a bronze bell on the terrace of the temple, which is also known as the Bell of Barking Dogs. Erected by King Ranjit Malla in 1737, its sounding announced the beginning and end of a daily curfew.

Day 3 : Kathmandu –Nagarkot
This morning witness sunrise , Breakfast. After Breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Sight Seeing of Bouddhanath Stupa, This stupa is 6 km to the east of Kathmandu and is said built in 5th century AD. This ancient stupa is one of the biggest in the world and is ringed by Buddhist lamas and monasteries. This is a very holy stupa for Tibetan Buddhists who come here in thousands in winter festival to pay their tribute. Lunch.Dinner at restaurant.Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 4 : Kathmandu
Morning breakfast at hotel .After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Swayambhunath Stupa, This is a 2500 years old stupa situated on a hillock about 77 m above the ground level and over looking Katmandu valley. The painted eyes on four sides represent the all-seeing eyes of Buddha and are watching all the time wrong doers and good doers. This is a very religious shrine of Buddhists. There are two Buddhist monasteries within the complex and a temple of Haratima where both Buddhists and Hindus worship this temple. The shrine is just 3 km to the northwest of Kathmandu city .After Lunch Free time in Thamel Market for shopping. Dinner at Baithak restaurant with ethnic Nepali Culture show.Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 5 : Kathmandu departure
Breakfast at hotel and assisted departure transfer to airport for onward flight.
