Accommodation for 10 days during the trip at a Volunteer House/ guest house in Kathmandu. Pick up from Kathmandu airport. All transfers and sightseeing by vehicle. Meals as per itinerary. Yoga sessions. One class on Learn the famous Nepalee art of "Henna making" by local experts. One class on typical & traditional dress styles of Nepalee by the instructors. Dinner with local host family to experience everyday living of the Nepalese people. Volunteer work. Services of an English speaking guide. Representative for assistance on all arrival and departure transfers. Additional Services in Travel Option – One night two days Pokhara Trip, one night two days trip to Chitwan, Entrance fees to monuments as per Itinerary.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to Idex Nepal Accommodation. Overnight at Nepal camp. No Meals.

  • Themes : Adventure

• Day 2 : Meeting and Orientation

  Welcome meeting and orientation. Discussions & presentations on: Nepal & its culture, Exciting opportunities with Idex, Social development and the role of volunteers, How to do volunteer work, Project introduction, Cultural responsibility, Personal safety & Code of Conducts. Yoga sessions. Local cooking demonstrations. “Henna” workshop. Visit of local markets. Dinner with local host family. Workshop on Nepalese clothing. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

• Day 3 : Yoga Session

  Morning Yoga session. First visit to Volunteer Project and start working. Local cooking demonstration. “Henna” workshop. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

• Day 4 : Volunteering

  Morning Yoga session. Continue volunteering during the day. Visit of local market. Dinner with local host family. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

  Continue volunteering during the day. Workshop on Nepalese clothing.
