Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Auckland

  Welcomes to the City of Sails, Auckland. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred.
  Overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 : Auckland-Rotorua via Waitomo

  Travel to Rotorua "Thermal City" of Rotorua via Waitomo cave; your guided tour will take you through over 250 metres of stunning underground scenery commencing with the impressive Cathedral. The acoustics in this particular cavern are world-renowned. Acclaimed New Zealand Diva, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, has sung here and was delighted with the purity of the sound. Your tour begins at the upper entrance of the cave and proceeds along a low narrow passage to the Tomo, a deep limestone shaft. Your experienced tour guide will deliver a highly informative commentary about the formations and the history of the area. The highlight of your tour is an unrivalled boat trip through the spectacular Glowworm Grotto.
  Evening enjoy Maori Cultural Show & Hangi Feast Feast at hotel; When it comes to memorable moments in welcoming restaurants, Rotorua NZ offers something special in the remarkable Feast & Revue Rotorua. The Magically Maori Feast and Revue features a traditional New Zealandz Maori cultural experience combined with a superb evening meal, performed by the pool in a tropical setting. A fantastic photo opportunity.Opening Hours: Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the feast; Maori Revue concert begins at 7:45 p.m.

• Day 3 : Rotorua sightseeing

  After breakfast, today we proceed for the Rotorua local sightseeing; visit Rainbow, Rainbow Springs is a stunning kiwi wildlife park where you can get up close and personal with all of NZ's favourite native birds and lizards, including the kiwi and tuatara. Learn about our kiwi conservation project and visit our kiwi enclosures the nocturnal house by day or come back at night to see kiwi under the stars in their outdoor enclosure Later visit Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, thousands of Years in the Making. A Wonderland of Stunning Geothermal Activity. Explore spectacular nature at New Zealand's most colourful volcanic area. Enjoy viewing unique volcanic features as you walk at your own pace along well defined tracks.
  Afternoon you have an option to release in the Spa or enjoy optional activities like; jet ride, Agroventures activity, Gondola, Volcanic air plane etc (not included). Overnight at hotel

• Day 4 : Rotorua to Auckland

  Today drive back to Auckland. On arrival you have an option to enjoy Rainbows End theme park or visit Museum of Motat; Auckland's Museum of Transport and Technology and explore fascinating exhibitions on the history of NZ transport, technology and Kiwi ingenuity or enjoy local sightseeing, Sky tower, Sky walk etc (not included). • Once the booking is confirmed, there will only be one amendment by the client - free of charge. Any other subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee of NZD $50 per change.


• No amendments by the passengers while travelling are allowed, all amendments if any will be authorized by the tour manager only.


• Confirmed tours may be pre-poned or postponed by the company in mutual agreement with local supplier in-case of certain circumstances which are beyond its control like earthquake or any other natural calamity, political disturbances, security problems etc. and guests/agents are bound to agree and cooperate with company decision and make necessary suitable adjustments.


• Package is NOT valid during any special event in New zealand or During black out dates


• Package is NOT valid for New Year, Chinese New Year, for any events in New Zealand there will additional surcharge applicable on the top of the package.


• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.


• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking.


• We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.


• Prices are not valid during Trade Fair periods.


• Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.


• We are not holding any Hotel blocks for this package.


• International Check in time is 1600 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.


• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.


• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.


• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.


• Sightseeings tours are strictly based on whether conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.


• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients traveling during weekends.


• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.


• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast, lunch or dinner due to flight timings.


• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.


• We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.


• Changes to any part of the agreed itinerary cannot be made once partial and/or full payment has been made


• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.


• Via is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization


• Tour package is based on above mentioned hotels only. In case of any change in the hotel at any location additional charges will apply. Mentioned hotels are subject to availability. No rooms are blocked at this stage.


• Prices given are indicative and the same are subject to change with availability.


• We are not holding any blocks for the given itinerary. Rooms and Hotels are subject to change as per availability.


• Via reserves the right to Change the validity dates given.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.


• 45 Days prior to departure - Non refundable deposit of INR 25000


• 45 Days To 30 Days - 50% of the Total cost


• 30 Days or less - 100% of the total cost


• Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour

Note:

• We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation .


• First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .


• Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability.


• In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.
