Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Darjeeling (98 kms / 3 hrs)

  Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest
  of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

  • Themes : Beaches and Islands, Hill Stations & Valleys, Hill Stations & Valleys, Paragliding, River Rafting, Lakes & Rivers, Trekking, Parasailing, Mountain Biking, Mountaineering, Water Rafting

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd
  highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute,
  P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view),
  Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling – Gangtok (115 kms / 4 hrs)

  After breakfast proceeds to picturesque drive to Gangtok (5,480 ft.). On arrival Check-

• Day 4 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

  Start for a Full day city tour covering Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft
  Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Ranka Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 5 : Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (125 kms / 4 hrs)

Itinerary Note

• Adventure Activities (Supplement Cost):
• Paragliding: Rs. 2,800/- (Without Video-Rec.)/3, 400/-(With Video-Rec.) per person.
• Rafting: Rs. 1,000/- per person.
• Helicopter Service: Rs. 3, 800/- one way/per person (IXB – Gangtok).
• Boating: Rs. 100 – 150 /- per person/hour.
• Ropeway: Rs. 150/- @ Darjeeling & Rs. 80/- @ Gangtok (Per Person).
• Toy train – Rs. 700/- per person for 30 minutes/Rs. 1, 700/- per person for 2 hrs Joyride.
• Jeep Safari – On request.
• Note: Above activities can be entertained on prior notice in advance as per availability.
• Nathula:
• Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It
• is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests traveling are required for processing of
• permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We
• will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. Additional Charge Rs. 6,000/- per
• vehicle (Supplement cost. Please ignore if included).
• It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph
• In Lachung & Lachen:
• All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.

• Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
• In maximum hotels there is no geyser in the bathroom – hot water is supplied by buckets by the hotelier.
• No room heating systems are provided in the room in maximum hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides
• hot water bags.
• There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it.
• Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
• Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.
• Note: Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail
• with an extra cost payable directly to the driver. Approx cost is Rs. 3000 per vehicle for each point.
• About Vehicle:
• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
• Non A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax including child.
• Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child.
• Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
• Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
• f guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availability.
• Kindly bring original photo identity card (any one of Driving License, Voter Card, Passport, PAN Card), photocopy of the ID
• and 04 photos for all the members.
• All transport services in Tata Sumo / Maxx / Bolero will be from taxi stand to taxi stand only. Guests will have to make their own
• arrangement to reach the hotel at their own cost, as these vehicles are not allowed inside the town (not applicable for Innova / Xylo)

Essentials:

• Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking
• boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Advice
• guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold through out the year

Amendment:

• Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a

Payment Terms & Methods :
Package policy:

The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All
other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that
service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and Check out Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective
Hotels Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company
is not responsible,nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. Any Claim related to the
Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.

Terms & Condition:
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other
service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon
availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if
the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

  Very bad experience Totally harassment by cab driver all the time . Humara package tha 2N 3D ka from Ludhiana to Manali Aur humne package Asha mam ke through book krwaya tha jab Hum Ludhiana se chale tabhi cab driver ne half payment le li Aur fir jab Hum manali pohnche tab Hume bola ki ap sabhi sight peddle dekhlo fir next Day Humne attul koksar sisu jana tha toh driver car slow chlane lga bs jaan bujh kr tym pass kr raha tha jab humne usko bola toh humare sath misbehave krne lgya Aur attul jakar car khrab ho gyi toh humse waha par dhakka v lgwaya fir waha se return ana pda woh v by tochan Aur next Day bola ki aj vapis jane ka din hai fir humne apne extra expense pe Sara kuj ghum kr aye ..its totally bad package Jaha tk ki Hume koi solution v nikal kr nhi diya gya end tk
