Nile Cruise Experience Tour

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Cairo

  Arrival at Cairo International Airport, meet/assist through immigration and customs and transfer to your hotel, check-in, overnight.
  
• Day 2 : Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili Bazaars

  After breakfast at the hotel, you will be met by your guide and depart to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world - the great Khufu's (Cheops) pyramid (2690 BC). You will continue to explore the rest of Giza plateau including the sight of Khafre's (Chephren) pyramid - Khufu's son, the second-largest pyramid on Giza site, and Menkaure (Mycerinus) pyramid, the smallest and the famous Sphinx. Lunch at restaurant, then continue the tour by visiting and explore the treasures of the Egyptian Museum which is famous for its antiques from Egypt's Pharaonic periods, and dates back some 50 centuries. The museum includes more than 100,000 items in total. The famous Tutankhamen collection is on the most famous collections of the museum. You will end the tour with a walk in the oldest bazaars in Cairo, Khan El Khalili. After the tour, you will return to the hotel to stay overnight.
  
• Day 3 : Cairo / Luxor

  Breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport, domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, transfer to embark your Nile cruise before lunch, visit the great Temples of Karnak and Luxor, dinner and overnight in Luxor.
  
• Day 4 : Luxor / Edfu

  Breakfast, cross the Nile to the West Bank visiting Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and the famed Colossi of Memnon facing the Nile, lunch. Sail to Esna, cross the lock and continue sail to Edfu, dinner and overnight in Edfu.
  
• Day 5 : Kom Ombo / Aswan

  Breakfast, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, sail Kom Ombo, lunch, visit the Temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris, sail to Aswan, dinner and overnight in Aswan.
  
• Day 6 : Aswan

  Breakfast, visit the High Dam, Philea Temple and the unfinished Obelisk, lunch. Visit by felucca the Botanical Garden, and view of Agha Khan Mausoleum, dinner and overnight in Aswan.

• Day 7 : Aswan / Cairo

  Disembarkation after breakfast “optional tour to visit Abu Simbel by air or road is available”, transfer to Aswan Airport, domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel, check-in, free time at leisure, overnight.
  
• Day 8 : Final Departure

  Breakfast, check-out and then transfers from the hotel to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
