Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Darjeeling

  Welcome on arrival at Bagdogra Airport and transfer to Darjeeling ( 94 Kms/3hrs). Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early morning at 3.30 start for Triger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is followed by full day local sightseeing covering Padmaja and Zoological Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetian Refugee Self-help Center and visit to all the local market (City Life). Enjoy the historical Toy Train ride, provided the train is running for the day.

• Day 3 : Transfer to Kalimpong & Sightseeing at Kalimpong

  Early morning Breakfast - After breakfast drive 65 kilometers 1 ½ to 2 hours transfer to the Kalimpong. Kalimpong situated on the foothills of the Himalayas is a green destination at an altitude of 1243 meters, 4078 feet. It is a historical destinations with bustling market, colorful people and offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range Check into hotel Drive for sight seeing tour through scenic road to Forest Museum (Closed On Thursday), Deolo Hill, Hanuman Mandir, Dr Graham Homes, Durbin Monastery, Mangaldham, Pine View Nurseries (Cactus Only). Back to Kalimpong Hotel. Evening free to roam around the any of the hundred nurseries or the Local market area. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

• Day 4 : Kalimpong Half day tour

  Kalimpong Full Day Excursion Kalimpong Half day tour of Kalimpong covering a cactus nursery and the famous Zang Dog Palri monastery. Many may just want to relax or go shopping to the market. Overnight at Kalimpong.

• Day 5 : Gangtok local tour : Rumtek Monastery & local sights

  On this tour we visit the Enchey Monastery, the Do Drul Chorten, the Research Institute of Tibetology, Purba Chorten, Government Institute of Cottage Industries (GICI) and a walk down Lal Bazar. In the afternoon, we drive to Rumtek Monastery, 24 kms from Gangtok . Overnight at Gangtok.

• Day 6 : Gangtok : Half day Excursion to Tsnogo Lake.

  Excursion to Tsangu Lake at 12,400ft. Over night stay at Hotel.

• Day 7 : Departure

  Morning breakfast. After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB). Nearly 135 kilometers 4 to 5 hours drive Guest are advised to start early and not to rush. Forwarding Journey.
