Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Rly Stn / IXB Airport - Kalimpong (About 85 kms / 03 hours)

  Upon arrival at NJP Railway station / IXB airport, you will be welcomed by our Representative who will assist you with your transfer to Kalimpong. After arriving in Kalimpong, check in to your hotel. You have the rest of the day free. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

• Day 2 : Kalimpong sightseeing - Gangtok (About 80 kms / 03 hours)

  After breakfast, visit Delo Hill, Dr. Graham's Home, Mangal Dham, and Flower Nurseries. In the afternoon, drive to Gangtok. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 3 : Gangtok (Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir-New)

  This morning set out on a half day trip to Tsomgo lake (12400 ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City. The lake is about 1 km long and 15 m deep. This lake is considered sacred by the local people, Proceed 12 kms ahead to visit Baba Harvajan Singh Mandir. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 4 : Gangtok - Lachen (About 122 kms / 06 hours)

  After breakfast, drive to Lachen (117 KM). Enroute visit Singhik View point (subject to weather conditions), Seven Sisters Water Falls, and Naga Water Falls. Overnight stay at Lachen.

• Day 5 : Excursion Thangu & Chopta - Lachung

  Leave early in the morning to visit Thangu and Chhopta Valley. After lunch, drive to Lachung. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Lachung.  Note: Gurudongmar Optional Sightseeing Costs Extra.

• Day 6 : Lachung - Yumthang Excursion (24 km. and 11,800 ft)

  Early in the morning, drive to Yumthang‑valley (known as Valley of Flowers). On the way back, visit Sulphur Hot Springs. Return to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Lachung village and its villagers for a glimpse into their day‑to‑day life and then see the Lachung Monastery. Overnight stay at Lachung.

• Day 7 : Lachung - Gangtok (About 117 kms / 06 hours)

  After breakfast, drive to Gangtok. On the way, visit Bheema and Twin Falls. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok

• Day 8 : Gangtok local sightseeing - Pelling (About 130 kms / 05 hours)

  After breakfast, set out on a half day local city tour of Gangtok covering Ban Jhakri Falls, Dro‑Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show, and Handicraft Centre. In the afternoon, proceed to Pelling (6800 ft.). After reaching Pelling, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.

• Day 9 : Pelling sightseeing

  After breakfast, there is a local sightseeing tour covering Rimbi Falls, Rock Garden, Khangchendzonga falls, and Khachoedpalri Wish Lake. In the afternoon, visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, Rabdantse View Point, and Helipad Ground. Overnight stay at Pelling

  • Hotspots : Pemayangtse Monastery

• Day 10 : Pelling - Darjeeling (About 120 kms / 04 hours).

  This morning, drive to Darjeeling (7,100 ft.). After reaching Darjeeling, check in to your hotel. You have the rest of the day free to relax or you can go enjoy some shopping. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 11 : Darjeeling (Local City tour)

  Set out early in the morning at 4.00 am to visit Tiger hill (sunrise point over Mt. Khanchendzongna). On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, there is a half day city tour covering the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple, Rope Way (you have to buy your own tickets). You have the afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 12 : Darjeeling - Mirik Excursion

  After breakfast, set out on an excursion to Mirik, an excellent scenic spot. It is nestled in forested hills at an altitude of 5800 ft. and is famous for its man‑made Sumendu Lake, Tea Estates enhance the surroundings here. On the way back, visit Pashupati Market - (Vehicle goes up to India Border). Overnight halt at Darjeeling.

• Day 13 : Darjeeling - NJP Rly. Stn. / IXB Airport (About 90 kms / 03 hours)

  After breakfast, check out from your hotel. You will be assisted with your transfer to NJP railway station / IXB airport for your onward journey.
