Day 1 : Arrive in Bagdogra/NJP | Drive from Bagdogra/NJP to Gangtok (125 km/approx. 4 hours)
On your arrival at airport/railway station, embark on a road journey to the capital city, Gangtok. As you arrive in the city, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
A city known for its immense beauty, Gangtok offers much to the anticipation of tourists, who flock the city all year round. Located at an elevation of 5500 ft from sea level, Gangtok offers stunning vistas.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Gangtok
Post breakfast, leave for a full-day excursion to Changu Lake, which is also called Tsomgo Lake. The turquoise blue lake surrounded by silvery snow-covered mountains is a must-visit. This lake is considered sacred by the local people as many legends are associated with it. Apart from admiring the natural beauty around, tourists can enjoy yak and mule rides around the lake area.
Situated on the road between Nathula and Jelepla pass is the shrine of Baba Harbhajan Singh, also called Baba Mandir. A visit to this shrine is of an unusual experience, largely because of the legend associated with its creation. It is dedicated to an Indian Army sepoy - Harbhajan
Singh, who went missing from his battalion around 35 years ago. It is said that his body was found after three days and that too when he himself appeared in the dreams of his fellow soldiers. He was subsequently venerated as a saint and people believe that his soul safeguards
them. After this enriching spiritual tour, get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Sightseeing in Gangtok
After breakfast Sightseeing in Gangtok visiting Rumtek Monastery, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Flower Show, Research Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays) and Cottage Industry (Closed on Sunday).
Day 4 : Drive from Gangtok to Darjeeling
After breakfast, embark on a road journey to Darjeeling, the 'Queen of Hills'. Darjeeling is a fairy-tale like land of rolling mountains, expansive tea estates and mountains wreathed in mist. The magic of this stunningly beautiful escapade unfolds before your eyes, right from the moment you step-in the city. Apart from the scenic beauty, it is the land known for Darjeeling Tea and Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. On arrival at the hotel, check-in for an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Sightseeing in Darjeeling
As the dawn breaks, visit the famous Tiger Hill standing tall at 2590 m above sea level. The hill gives a good vantage position to enjoy the glory of the beautiful sunrise over the Khangchendzonga and other spectacular mountains. A wonderful day lies ahead as you watch the sun spread its glorious colours on the horizon. Return to the hotel and on the way visit the Ghoom Monastery. Built by Lama Sherab Gyatso in 1875, this monastery is known for the colossal statue of Buddha - Maitreya Buddha, also called 'Future Coming Buddha'. The monastery preserves an assortment of hand-written Buddhist manuscripts.
Afterwards, go on an excursion to the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays). Set up in the year 1958, it is known for its population of animals like red panda, Siberian tiger, snow leopard and Tibetan wolf. After an encounter with some rare animals at the zoo, visit the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays). Established in the year 1959 for providing shelter to the Tibetan refugees, it gradually became a popular tourist site as the goods produced at the centre gained popularity. Here, you can shop for hand-woven carpets and artefacts.
Once you reach the hotel, have breakfast and proceed to visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays). The institute was set up in 1953 after the triumph on Mount Everest by Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary.
Day 6 : Drive from Darjeeling to Bagdogra/NJP
After having breakfast, head to Bagdogra/NJP for your journey back home.

Booking Confirmation
When a booking request is placed by you the confirmation is not done until and unless the traveling details as well as 50% advance (minimum) of the total tour cost is not deposited. The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days prior to journey. The payment can be through Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft or Bank Transfer to our company accounts.
Booking Cancellation In case of cancellation due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons, the intimation must be provided in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive information in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
30 days prior to Arrival: 25% of the total tour cost
29 - 15 days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
14 - 08 days prior to Arrival: 75% of the total tour cost
07 or less days prior to Arrival: 100% of the total tour cost
