Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Dibrugarh - Golden Pagoda(Tengapani) (123 km / approx. 3.3 hours ) North East Holiday

  You will be received by our representative driver and will be safely driven to Tengapani Eco Resort In Arunachal Pradesh which is 123 km from Dibrugarh and takes about 3 Hrs 30mins and enjoy the beautiful landscapes on the way.On arrival, check-in the Resort for an overnight stay in Tengapani and enjoy the night ambience at the Golden Pagoda adjacent. Have dinner and enjoy an overnight stay at the resort.

• Day 2 : Tengapani - Parashuram Kund- Tezu-Roing (118 km / approx. 3 hours 50 Min )

  After Breakfast, you would be driven to Parasuram Kund via the beautiful orange producing town of Wakro (In season time you can stop over to enjoy the small town full of Orange Cultivation). It will take about 1 hrs 30 min and is 64 Km away. At Parasurm Kund you could go down to kund and absorb the sheer power and beauty of the crystal clear flowing waters. The whole day you can enjoy the lofty mountains and spent quality time on the river bank. This place is also a photographers delight. After Tea, we would proceed to Roing via Tezu Town and stop by at Bhismaknagar. Check-in at Hotel at Roing and proceed for Mayaodia Pass. After that, we visit Sally Lake. Overnight Stay in Roing.

• Day 3 : Roing to Aalo via Dambuk & Pasighat (201 Km/5.5 Hrs)

  Today after early breakfast you visit Ranaghat and then proceed for Aalo via Dambuk famous for the orange festival. Upon reaching Pasighat you enjoy the grandeur and beauty of Siang river and can take bath at the waterfalls there. Then you proceed for Aalo and on reaching check-in at the Home Stay. The Homestay is situated at a Hilltop from where you can experience the virgin beauty of Arunachal. Overnight stay in Aalo.

• Day 4 : Aalo to Mechuka (187 km / approx. 8 hours )

  After breakfast, we will move to Mechuka the Shangri- La of Arunachal Pradesh. On the way a brief stopover to enjoy the beauty and grandeur of Siko- Dido waterfalls and after lunch there we again continue our journey to Mechuka. After reaching mechuka we check-in at Home Stay. We can have an evening stroll at the town to enjoy the spectacular beauty. At dinner, we enjoy local cuisine at our Homestay before retiring for the night.

• Day 5 : Mechuka

  After breakfast, we proceed to enjoy Mechuka the Shangri-La of Arunachal Pradesh. We can have evening stroll at the town to enjoy the local cuisine and beer at our Homestay before retiring for the night. Having a local guide is advisable as we do not provide it. Though our driver can guide a lot. They charge Rs,1000 to 1500 for the day. Following are the options- 1) Yarlung View, 2) Hanuman Face, 3) Neh Pema Shelphu(Gurudwara), 4) Mengang Village View, 5) Lhallung Village View, 6) Neh Chendan Takp(Pilgrimage), 7) Tongkor La view, 8) Neh Pema Jelling, 9) Samden Yangcha Monastry(old), 10) Samden Choelling Monastery(New), 11) Menchukha Map, 12) Dorjeeling Gompa. (There are a lot of trekking activities at Mechuka and for that 1 or 4 days extra must be added in the itinerary )

• Day 6 : Mechuka to Pasighat ( 286 Km / 9 Hrs)

  After early breakfast, you proceed for Pasighat via Aalo.On the way a brief stopover to enjoy the beauty and grandeur of Siko-Dido waterfalls. Overnight stay in Pasighat.

• Day 7 : Pasighat to Ziro (321 Km / 8 Hrs approx)

  Early morning at 5.00 hrs we will start for our onward journey to the beautiful Ziro Valley via Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur Gogamukh. On arrival check-in at the Home Stay and enjoy the ambience. Overnight stay in Ziro.

• Day 8 : Ziro valley Tour

  After breakfast, we start our tour of the beautiful and serene Ziro Valley. Places of interest at Ziro valley are- 1) Meghna cave Temple, 2) Kile Pakho, 3) Midey, 4) Ziro Puto, 5) Dolo Mando, 6) Hapoli, 7) Dilopolyang Maniipolyang, 8) Tipi Orchid Research centre. (Local Guide is essential and is not covered in our Package. They charge anything between Rs.1000 to Rs.2500) After the tour dinner and retire for the night.

• Day 9 : Ziro to Dibrugarh ( 257 Km / 7.5 Hrs approx)

  Early morning after breakfast you proceed for Dibrugarh via the Bogibeel bridge the longest Rail cum Road bridge in India. On arrival check-in at the Hotel or Home Stay You can visit the Brahmaputra Bank for an evening stroll and Visit at the local market in the late evening and after dinner retire for the day.

• Day 10 : Dibrugarh to Dimapur by Train (4 Hrs) & to Khonoma

  Today very early in the morning you are dropped at the railway station to board Shatabdi Express at 5 AM for Dimapur. There you would meet our Representative/Driver and you will be transferred directly to Khonoma. You check-in at the Hotel and overnight stay. If you want you can roam the village with the help of a guide(not included in the package).

• Day 11 : Kohima & Khonoma Sight Seeing

  This morning we take a walk around the village and learn about different aspects of their lives and what makes them unique. The Angami Naga is known to be the last bastion of the Naga warriors and there are a number of memorial stones that celebrate their achievements. The village also has a very interesting water system where the water is piped long distances using bamboo. This village is very iconic in that it is surrounded by green rice terraces. You proceed to Kohima after the Khonoma Tour We then take a sightseeing tour of Kohima, the capital of Nagaland. The main tribe in the area are the Angami but there are also both the Rengma and Zeilang tribes here too. The village also has a World War II memorial which is well worth a visit. The state museum of Kohima is a great place to learn more about the Naga tribes and their unique ways of life. The War cemetery is one of the best in India and photographers delight. We also visit the Hornbill Festival village(Tuophema) where tourists from all over the world visit during its annual festival. After the Tour, you proceed for Zakhama for an overnight stay in Home Stay.

• Day 12 : Zakhama to Imphal (120 Km / 4.20 hrs)

  After Breakfast, you proceed fro Imphal. It is located at the centre of the beautiful Manipur valley and is surrounded by plains and hills. Dense forests and sprawling grasslands make the place a heaven on earth. It reflects the rich tradition of the state. Here are the leading tourist destinations in Imphal. Some of the places of visit are kangla fort, war memorial, war cemetery etc. Overnight stay in Imphal.

• Day 13 : Imphal Tour

  Today after breakfast you visit Govindajee Temple, Andro, INA memorial, Lohtak lake and nearby sanctuary. Overnight stay in Loktak Lake Home Stay.

• Day 14 : Imphal-Moreh- Imphal ( 110 Kms/3-4 Hrs one way)

  Leave early in the morning to visit the Indo-Myanmar Border Town of Moreh. On reaching there we will cross over to the Myanmar side to see altogether a different culture and lifestyle in their nearest town of Tamu. There we will make a quick visit to the Buddhist Pagoda and the Local Market, then spend some time in the Namphalong market. Return back to Imphal and overnight.

• Day 15 : Imphal to Airport

  Today is the last day of your Tour. After breakfast you visit a few places which were not covered and then we drop you at the Airport in Imphal at your scheduled departure time.
