Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Guwahati - Tezpur

  Assistance on arrival and drive to Tezpur (190kms 5hrs). Evening local sightseeing. Overnight Hotel Luit.
• Day 2 : Tezpur - Itanagar

  Drive to Itanagar (216kms 7hrs). Evening visit Buddhist Monastery, local market and museum known as Jawaharlal Nehru Museum, time spent here can really acquaint you with the culture and tradition of this region. All prototype of the bamboo and cane architecture of dwelling of different tribes and apparel, design and functional tools and others handicrafts are display here. O/n Hotel Arun Subansiri.
• Day 3 : Itanagar - Ziro

  Morning drive to Ziro (160Kms 6hrs). Enroute visit Nishi tribal villages like Doimukh etc Doimukh etc. Evening free at local market. Overnight Hotel Blue Pine.
• Day 4 : Ziro

  Full day explore Apatani tribal villages, like Hong - Dibbo - Hija - Bulla - Hari etc. The uniqueness of Apatani tribe is tooting on women face and its nose plug. You may visit museum, emporium and local market. Apatani, like other tribes also believe in sun and the moon as a god and have traditional altar in there home made up of Bamboo and Cane.
• Day 5 : Ziro - Daporijo

  Drive Daporijo (160kms 7hrs). Enroute visit Nishi and Hillmiri tribal villages Raga, Mori, Tamin, etc. Evening free at local market. Overnight Inspection Bunglow, Daporijo.
• Day 6 : Daporijo - Along

  Am drive Along (164kms 7hrs). Enroute visit Adi (Gallong) Tribal villages. Houses in these villages are artistically built on the hill slop without using nails but only of bamboo and cane. Overnight Hotel Holiday cottage or Anchal Bhawa.
• Day 7 : Along

  Full day exploration of Kabu and Karjing villages encounter with Adi (Gallong) Tribes. Kabu village is just on the bank of river of Yomgo/Syom and on river Yomgo there is hanging bridge made of cane and bamboo. Evening free at one of the largest Gallong tribal village called Darka village which has more the 1500 houses made of bamboo and plam. Overnight Hotel.
• Day 8 : Along - Pasighat

  After breakfast drive Pasighat (105Kms 5hrs). Enroute visit Adi minyong tribal villages like Panging, Panging one of the largest Adi Minyong tribe village with more then five hundred house, women of the village weaving their own cloths. Pm visit Tribal Handicraft Center and later free at local market. Overnight Hotel Oman.
• Day 9 : Pasighat - Roing

  Morning drive and then cross - river Siang and Dibang to reach Roing (150km 7hrs,) Enroute visit Adi (Padam) and Idu (Mishimi) tribal villages. Overnight Circuit House.
• Day 10 : Roing

  Full day visit Idu (Mishmi) tribal villages like Abango, Kuruno and Abali. Idu Mishim are known for maintaining an admirable sense of social bonding and unity among its members through their characteristic socio - religious rituals in daily life, yet providing the individual adequate freedom to integrate aspects of material progress in their life - style. Evening Idu (Mishmi) and Adi (Padam) tribal dance. Overnight Roing.
• Day 11 : Roing - Dibrugarh

  Drive and cross river Brahmaputra to reach Dibrugarh (180kms 7hrs). Evening free at local market. Overnight Hotel Little Palace.
• Day 12 : Dibrugarh - Sibsagar

  Drive to Sibsagar (80kms 3hrs). Afternoon explore ruin of Ahom kingdom like Kareng Rhar & Talatal Ghar, Rang Ghar and Shive Temple etc. Overnight Hotel Verndavan.
• Day 13 : Sibsagar - Jorhat - Majuli

  Drive to Jorhat, further drive on upto Nimati Ghat to connect Steamer to Majuli Island (75kms 8hrs). Evening free at tribal village. Overnight Circuit house or IB.
• Day 14 : Majuli Island

  Full day explore the largest river Island in the world and its inhabitant.
• Day 15 : Majuli Island - Kaziranga NP

  Drive to Kaziranga NP (80kms 7hrs). Evening free. Overnight Aryan Lodge.
• Day 16 : Kaziranga National Park

  AM Elephant safari and afternoon Jeep safari at Kohora Range.

  Drive to Guwahati (225km 5hrs). After noon visit State museum, Kamakhya temple and evening visit Srimanta Sankardeva KalaKshetra, A huge modern cultural complex at Panjabari named after the great Vaishnavite saint Mohapuruxh Srimanta Sankardeva of the 15th century is located about 10 km away from the city - hart towards the south. This has been established with the purpose of preservation and promotion of the rich socio - cultural heritage of the peoples of Assam. It is open for visitors on all days except Monday.
