• Day 1 : Arrival and transfer to Darjeeling

  Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you in transfers to Darjeeling, (height 2123 meters / 70001 ft.) . Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Rest of the day and evening will be at leisure. Over Night stay at specified Hotel in Darjeeling

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  Early morning at around 04:00 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subjecttoclear weather) –On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop, after visit transfer back to hotel for breakfast,After breakfast you will be visiting the places like -PadmajaNaidu Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday),Tensing/ GumpoRock, TibetanRefugee SelfHelp Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (panoramic view), evening free to stroll around the market, Overnight stay at Darjeeling

  After breakfast transfer to Pelling -is situated at an altitude of 2072 meters / 6800 feet -On a clear day guest can get a clear view of Himalayan range with snow capped mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kanchendzonga, etc -It is one of the exotic settlement with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids, historical sites, short trek routes and wildlife, upon arrival Check in at the hotel, evening free , Over Night stay at Pelling

Free evening. Over Night stay at Gangtok.

• Day 6 : Gangtok Tsomgo Lake

  After breakfast we will take you for day excursion to TsomgoLake & (New) Baba Mandir appx. 40 Kms -The Lake is oval shaped lakenearly 50 feet deep -Generally covered in snow for most of the yearthe year –This lake is home to the Brahminiducks & many migratory birds –Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all, after visit back to Gangtok, free evening, Over Night stay at Gangtok.

Payment Terms & Methods :
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. Suhana Safar Tour Operators


Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .


Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Suhana Safar Tour Operators.The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.


Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Arrival and Departure Policy:


Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours 
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. 
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours 
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment


Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
