Day 1 : Arrive New Delhi
Arrive Delhi, as per your flight schedule pick up from New Delhi airport and transfer to hotel, day at you rest, Overnight stay at Hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can also go for some short tour on this day, or relax and take rest, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : New Delhi
New Delhi’ also commonly referred as "Delhi", is the capital of India. Perhaps one of the most interesting capitals in the world , with its mix of old and new. Delhi’s place in the Indian history is depicted in its architectural heritage. Even today you can see the glimpses of history in its various monuments (or what’s left of it) present around the city. Delhi has a long and fascinating history and there are plenty of things to see. There are structures in every nook and corner that speak of Delhi’s heritage .There are cultural happenings all over the town that shout out for its deep-seated root.
After breakfast set out on a guided city tour to visit the historical and cultural marvels of Old Delhi.Today your guided tour will include the visit to Red Fort, Jama Masjid (India Largest Mosque), Additionally you can take a walk or Rickshaw ride through the silver street of Chandni Chowk, visit Rajghat (memorial to Mahatma Gandhi). Return back to hotel, take rest, evening free to take walk tour around the popular streets markets called Janpath, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 : New Delhi To Agra
Agra is not only the erstwhile capital of Hindustan it is also the present tourism capital of the country .The city situated on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India, is located about 200 kilometers south of the national capital New Delhi. It achieved fame as the capital of the Mughal emperors from 1526 to 1658 and remains a major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
After breakfast, half day city tour to visit the historical and cultural marvels of New Delhi, today your guided tour will include the visit to India Gate, a memorial raised in honor of the Indian soldiers martyred during the war, Rashtrapati Bhawan, one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys, Humayun’s Tomb (a World Heritage site) , lotus shaped Bhai’s Temple and Qutub Minar, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty. Later after lunch, transfer from Delhi to Agra [200 Km, 4-5 Hrs.], arrive Agra and check in hotel, take rest, evening free, Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 : Agra
Early morning if interested you can visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, ( it opens at 6:00 A.M.) later after breakfast, day city tour to visit Red Fort (red sandstone Fort built by emperor Akbar in 1565), Itmad-ud-daulah ( a mughal mausoleum also known as Baby Taj) & Sikandra, evening free, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 : Agra To Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikri
Jaipur is one of the finest planned cities of India, located in the semi-desert lands of Rajasthan. The city which once had been the capital of the royalty now is the capital city of Rajasthan. The very structure of Jaipur resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal families. Shopping, Culinary Delights, History and Culture, Forts and Palaces, it has it all .
After breakfast, transfer from Agra to Jaipur [250 Km, 5-6 Hrs.], on the way stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri for a guided tour of this World heritage site. This red sandstone city was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in AD 1564 in honour of the Muslim saint Sheikh Salim Chisthi. Fatehpur Sikri was intended to be the capital city but the shortage of water and unrest in the north-west made Akbar abandon it after 14 years.One of the major attractions of this city is the marble tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisthi, continue your drive to Jaipur, arrive Jaipur and check in hotel.

Day 6 : Jaipur
After breakfast, day guided city tour starting with an excursion to Amber Fort with an elephant ride, a visit to City Palace, Jantar Mantar (a virtual museum about the astronomical observatories built in 1700’s), Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds built of red and pink sandstone in 1799, a unique five-storey exterior with its 953 small windows called Jharokhas. If time permitting you can explore the old pink city. Evening feel free to relax or visit Choki Dhani ( 45 kms outside the city) , an ethnic village resort with an exquisite Rajasthan touch, it has a festive celebration every time in a different manner with a preview of real Rajasthan village culture in fun, entertainment, games, shopping, Rajasthan cuisine, folk dance, music and much more, Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 : Jaipur To Jodhpur
After breakfast, transfer from Jaipur to Jodhpur [310 Km 6-7 Hrs.], on the way stop to visit Pushkar. Pushkar is one of the oldest cities of India. It lies on the shore of Pushkar Lake. Pushkar has many temples. Most of the temples were destroyed during Muslim conquests in the area. Subsequently, the destroyed temples were rebuilt. The most famous among all is the Brahma Temple, built during the 14th century. short guided tour will include walk in the main area and visit to some important temples including partaking in a local deity worship ceremony .The Ghats ( stepped banks) at Pushkar Lake provides a scenic picture taking opportunity. Later continue your drive to Jodhpur, arrive and check in hotel, take rest, Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 8 : Jodhpur
Jodhpur "The Sun City" was founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan. The city is named after him only. It was previously known as Marwar, Jodhpur tourist attractions allure you into a glorious rustic world redolent with history, architecture and ethnicity. Impressive forts, flawless havelis and a splendid culture welcome you into opal Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India. The tourist attractions in Jodhpur stand in testimony to the splendorous traditions and culture of the mighty Rathore rajputs who preferred death to defeat. Intricately carved window screens, pillars chiseled to perfection and breathtaking architectural friezes ornament Jodhpur with a fascinating regal aura. The city has a charming blue tinge to it when viewed from above or from a distance, and makes a pretty mean picture.
Day 9 : Jodhpur To Udaipur
Ranakpur is home to a very beautiful temple complex, a beautifully sculptured Jain temples lie in a tranquil valley of the Aravallis. The main 'Chaumukha Temple' is dedicated to the Tirthankara Adinath and has 29 halls supported by 1444 pillars, all distinctly carved. Two Jain temples dedicated to Neminath and Parsvanath and a Sun Temple a little distance away, are also noteworthy.
Day 10 : Udaipur
Udaipur formally known as the city of lakes, It is the capital of the former princely state of Mewar, and is among the most romantic and beautiful cities of India. The city of Dawn, Udaipur is a lovely land around the azure water lakes, hemmed in by the lush hills of the Aravalis. It is a fascinating blend of sights, sounds and experiences - an inspiration for the imagination of the poets, painters and writers. Udaipur's kaleidoscope of fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavor of heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry. Their reflection in the placid waters of the Lake Pichhola is an enticing sight.
Day 11 : Udaipur To Cochin
Cochin or Kochi, also known as 'Queen of the Arabian Sea' is a cluster of islands and narrow peninsulas, It reflects the best of all that Kerala has to offer. A rich past and a vibrant present, Kochi gained the status of the business hub of the region long back. Being a seaport, one can clearly see the indelible mark and influence of Chinese, Jews, Arabs and Europeans in its culture and lifestyles of the natives. It boasts of the oldest church in India, the famous old-traditioned Chinese fishing nets, 500-year-old Portuguese houses, old tiled houses built in the Chinese pagoda style, synagogues, a Jewish community whose roots go back to the Diaspora and mosques. The harbor is still hale and hearty and the main exports of the region are pepper, seafood, rubber and Coir. The older parts of Fort Cochin and Mattanchery look more like a fusion of medieval Portugal, Holland and an English country village into one and are situated on the tropical Malabar Coast.
Day 12 : Cochin To Munnar
After breakfast, transfer from Cochin to Munnar, [130 Km 3-4 hrs.], enjoy the scenic beauty en route, later arrive Munnar and check in hotel, take rest, evening free to take a walk tour to watch the beautiful mist kissing romantic green meadows- mind-blowing hills sleeping under green carpet (Tea Gardens), Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 13 : Munnar
Munnar, the queen of hill stations is located at the confluence of three mountain streams Muthirappu (Kannimalayar), Nallathanni and Kundala and is a delightful, small hill station. Munnar was the summer resort of the British Government in the south. Munnar has some of the biggest tea plantations in the world. There are various tropical plantations of tea, coffee, cardamom and other spices, dense forests and wildlife sanctuaries full with various types of flora and fauna. The major wildlife animals which are found in Munnar are the Nilgiri Tahrs (Mountain Goats), Langurs and Elephants. It lies far away from the din and bustle of city life, with its incomparable charm and the rich green tropical rainforests. Munnar is a small town at the confluence of the mountain streams Muthirappuzha, Chanduvarai and Kundala. It is surrounded by wild jungles, wet and cool for most of the season, situated at an altitude of 1,700 metres. Day 14 : Munnar To Thekkady
Morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Thekkady, reach there and check in at hotel. Rest for few hours and then in evening you will be taken for Elephant Ride at Periyar Lake to enjoy the beauty of the place. Next day you will visit the Periyar National Park, and enjoy the cantuer Safari there and evening enjoy the boat Ride at Periyar Lake. Stay Overnight at the hotel.
Day 15 : Thakkady - Alleppey (Houseboat)
Morning after breakfast, check in houseboat, rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. Travelling through the coconut fringed canals passing through many exotic spots will provide you with a very special experience, You will also enjoy delicious meals on board, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks & dinner, enjoy your evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Overnight stay on the Houseboat.
Day 16 : Alleppey To Kovalam
Kovalam beach is just 16 kms away from Trivandrum and also known as the "Paradise of the South" "Kovalam" means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees. The coconut trees at the Kovalam villages add to the natural beauty and economic value. A characteristic feature of the sands in the Kovalam beaches is that to some extent they are black in color. It is well known for the atmosphere which provoks activities like sun bathing, swimming, and catamaran cruising, kayaking and other beach sports.
Day 17 : Kovalam
Morning at your leisure, day on your own to relax and enjoy Kovalam Beach, evening free, Overnight stay at Hotel.
If interested you can also take a day trip to Kanyakumari, this is about 100 Km from Kovalam, evening return back to Kovalam.
Day 18 : Kovalam To Trivandurum Airport Drop
Early morning as per your flight schedule transfer from Kovalam to Trivandrum Airport to take your flight for your onward journey

Booking of Tours:
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 20% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.
As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.
Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point.
Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by cash, but before the commencement of the services. Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival.
Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.
** During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.
** For Special Luxury Train Journeys, 25% of the fare is to be paid at the time of booking. Balance is to be 75 days prior to departure date.
Amendment to a Booked Tour
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation of a Booked Tour
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Heritage India Expeditions.
The following cancellation charges will apply: -
Cancellation of Luxury Train Journeys:
Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without passing any information through us. In a short while, your bank will issue an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
Payment through “Authorization”
Payments through credit card can be also be made through our OFFLINE mode. For adopting this mode, we shall require an “Authorization” authorizing us to charge your credit card.
Payment through “Bank Transfer”
Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances to our Bankers. Details of our Bank accounts will be provided by our Sales representatives.

Other Terms and Conditions
The Users availing services from Heritage India Expeditions shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Heritage India Expeditions shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Heritage India Expeditions acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Heritage India Expeditions shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.
The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Heritage India Expeditions shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user.
Heritage India Expeditions hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
