• Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out 12:00 hrs.


• All arrivals prior to 7:00 am will be booked, held and charged from the previous day.


• Rates offered are subject to change without prior notice.


• Reservation confirmations are subject to availability of rooms.


• All Bookings are confirmed / guaranteed only if you hold 'CONFIRMATION VOUCHER'.


• Booking must be guaranteed aganist full payment deposited along with confirmations. The booking is on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.


• In case of 'No show' the hotel reserves right to charge full Retention charges

• Extension of stay available on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms.


• Maximum of one extra roll away bed or one mattress would be permitted per room .
