• Day 1 : Start Day At Your Delhi

  you will be met on your chosen start day at your Delhi hotel. Depending on when you wish to depart there may be time for a short city tour of Delhi including a visit to the Lotus Temple after which you will be taken in a/c comfort to Agra. You may wish to visit Mathura Krishna Temples on the way. Arrive in Agra in time to visit the Taj Mahal at sunset.
  
  Please note that the Taj Mahal is closed to visitors on Friday.

• Day 2 : Over Night Agra

  you may wish to rise early to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise, returning to your Agra hotel for breakfast. Continue sightseeing in Agra, visiting Agra Fort where Shah Jahan was imprisoned by his son and from where he could gaze on the distant Taj Mahal which he had built in memory of his wife Mumtaz. Then on to Fatephur Sikri, Akbar’s abandoned capital, the 3rd World Heritage site in Agra.
  Return to Delhi and your hotel in the early evening.
