• Day 1 : Arrival at Delhi

  Pickup from Delhi Railway station and Drive to Palampur. Reach palampur Drive to hotel check in hotel Overnight Stay at hotel

• Day 2 : Kangra Valley (15 Kms)

  Wake up to breathtaking views of the Kangra valley. After breakfast proceed for the local tour , Palampur is renowned for its lush green trees, breathtaking views, tea plantation and temples. It is also popular as a stopover place for travellers heading to Bir Billing for paragliding.You may either spend the rest of the day in Palampur or go for a paragliding adventure in Bir.At night, have dinner inspired by the local flavours of the area.

• Day 3 : Excursion to Dharamshala (40 kms)

• Day 4 : Return to Delhi

• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc.
• Monument entrances, camera charges, etc. Any activity not mentioned in the inclusions
• Travel Insurance
• Additional cost due to flight cancellation/ road blocks, Political unrest etc. Important information:
• In case of triple occupancy, the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• Early check in and Late check outs will be chargeable and subject to availability
• Sightseeing of Rohtang Pass and Hamta Pass is not included in the package while it is not mentioned specifically, guest need to make direct payment for their visit. For these points, guest need to make prior arrangements at least a day before. It is purely subject to availability and BALAJI TRAVELShas no role to play in booking.
• Rohtang Pass opens up around mid-May and will be closed in Mid-October
• Meals booked would be by default vegetarian, you need to inform and book in advance for Non Veg Meals.
• Cab will not go to mall road as per Himachal tourism policy, it will drop you at the nearest point.
• Cab AC will not work in hills, usage of AC in hills may lead to mechanical issues in car.
• Cab will run strictly as per the itinerary and it is not disposal unless it is not mentioned specifically. If customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for a late evening dinner he has to pay directly to the driver
• Only 1 Luggage is permitted per pax. If too many of extra belonging, client have to pay supplement charges for additional luggage vehicle and please inform supplier in advance.
• Guest Arrival / Departure details in advance along with a working mobile no. detail is important for smoother operations
• Driver has fixed working hours and his working time is till 8AM to 6PM
• Heater charges are not included in package - need to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Average cab speed is lesser in hills in comparison to plains - one needs to be careful in including any sightseeing in itinerary. E.g. Shimla to Manali or Manali to Chandigarh takes 8-10 hours easily, therefore, no sightseeing can be included on these days
• 'Day at Leisure' essentially implies that no sightseeing/activity is included for that day
• If you are booked for a sharing accommodation, transport or activity, you have to strictly follow the timings (Check-in/Check-out timings, Drop and Pickup timings) so that the tour can be smoothly accomplished. BALAJI TRAVELSwould not be responsible for any missed or unused part of your tour.
• Entrance fee would not be included unless it is mentioned specifically.
• Guest need to pay mandatory dinner costs and surcharges applicable in festive season like Christmas and New Year directly at the hotel unless it is not included specifically.
