Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Srinagar

  On your arrival at Srinagar Airport you will be met assisted and transferred to Houseboat. In the afternoon you take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. O/N Stay in Houseboat.

  • Hotspots : Dal Lake

• Day 2 : Srinagar - Gulmarg (49 Kms / 1 Hr 30 Mins)

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel & depart to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The distance of 49 ms will be covered in about 4 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. Also, if weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (on your own cost) for mountain ride up to Khilanmarg. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

• Day 3 : Srinagar - Pahalgam (90 Kms / 2 Hrs)

  After breakfast, check-out from hotel & depart to Pahalgam (90 Kms). In the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains, dense forests, high mountain lakes, it also offers 9 hole golf course, skiing, pony trails, angling (rainbow & brown trout’s) horse ridding, trekking (both hard & soft) & various places of interest in & around like Arru valley, Lidderwat valley, Kolhai glacier, Shesh Nag, Chandanwari(route to holy cave), Baisam & Mamil famous for 9thcentury old (Shiva Temple) (On one’s own) thus happens to be a preferred spot among domestic tourists, check in hotel refresh yourself & after lunch in afternoon explore the surroundings with scenic view all around & return back to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Srinagar (Local Sightseeing)

  After Breakfast , visit to famous Mughal Gardens, Cheshme Shahi (Royal Spring), Nishat(Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar ( Abode of Love) Mughal laid Out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-Lake in the heart of Srinagar City & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire City, along with famous Dal-Lake & River Jhelum, en route visiting Handloom center famous for production of Pashmina/Shahtoosh shawls & world over reckoned Carpets, evening return back to Hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

  • Hotspots : Shankaracharya Temple

• Day 5 : Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar (83 Kms / 1 Hr 45 Mins)

  Morning leave for Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). The distance of about 83 Kms, will be covered in about 3 hrs. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude Himalayan Lakes. In the evening drive back from Sonmarg. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

  • Themes : Hill Stations & Valleys

• Day 6 : Srinagar - Departure

  Leave after breakfast; proceed to Srinagar airport to board the scheduled flight for onward destination.
  Tour ends with sweet memories.
