Day 1 : Delhi
Arrive in Delhi to embark on the Paradise on Earth with forts and palaces tour. On arrival in the city, you will be greeted by our representative who will take you to the hotel that has been pre-booked for you. You can retire for the day early as you will have to prepare yourself for the next 20 exciting days that wait to begin.
Day 2 : Delhi - Srinagar
The first destination in the tour is Srinagar. The capital of Jammu and Kashmir, the beauty of Srinagar is enhanced by the presence of houseboats and lakes. Post- lunch you can visit the local attractions like the Dal Lake and shikara rides on the lake.
Overnight stay in the deluxe houseboats located in the city.
Day 3 : Srinagar
On the 3rd day of the tour, you will travel around the Srinagar city and visit the enchanting gardens housed here like the Shalimar Bagh, the Nishat Bagh and the Chashma Shahi.
Day 4 : Srinagar - Pahalgam
Early next morning on the 4th day, leave Srinagar for Pahalgam, the valley of shepherds. Since it is located at a distance of about 95 km, it will take you about 3 hours to reach there. Enroute visit the Hindu temple Martand. Your stay overnight will be arranged in Pahalgam itself.
Day 5 : Pahalgam
Post- breakfast, embark on city tours across Pahalgam. Visit the attractions like Aru, Chandanwari, and the Tulian lake.
Day 6 : Pahalgam - Gulmarg
On the 6th day of the paradise on earth tour, you will head from Pahalgam to Gulmarg, known as the meadow of flowers.
Day 7 : Gulmarg
Explore the beauty of Gulmarg for the entire day today. Undertake the cable car rides that are so special to this place. You can also discover the lesser known areas of the place on foot and at your own pace and better still you can stay back in the hotel to explore its amenities.Overnight stay in hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 8 : Gulmarg - Srinagar - Delhi
Your trip across the paradise on earth will end on the 8th day of the tour and the next leg will shortly begin. From Gulmarg you will travel back to Srinagar and from there board the direct flight to Delhi. Check into the hotel in Delhi on your arrival and ready yourself to travel all the way to Rajasthan to embark on the forts and palaces tours.
Day 9 : Delhi - Mandawa
The first destination in the forts and palaces tours will begin with a trip to Mandawa, one of the most visited destinations in Rajasthan. From Delhi you will travel down to Mandawa that is most frequented for its painted havelis! On your arrival in the region, you will be greeted by our representative who will take you to the hotel where your stay has been arranged. Once you have refreshed yourself, you can visit the attractions of the place like the Murmuria haveli, Goenka Double haveli, and the Jhunjhunwala haveli.
Day 10 : Mandawa - Bikaner
On day 10 you will travel from Mandawa to Bikaner. Bikaner is rich in medieval legacies and the forts and palaces housed here, offer one a great insight of the place. A visit to the Junagadh Palace, the Lalgarh Palace, the Karni Mata temple, and the camel breeding farm will color the picture of the city in the most detailed manner.
Day 11 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Spend the morning in leisure and by afternoon, proceed towards Jaisalmer your next destination in the circuit. On arrival in Jaisalmer you can check into the hotel and unwind yourself. In the afternoon you can travel across the city and the places in the near vicinity of the hotel to catch a glimpse of the essence of the city. You can also stay back in the hotel and explore its luxury amenities and rejuvenate yourself for the roller coaster ride, the next day.
Day 12 : Jaisalmer
On the twelfth day of the trip, explore through the heart of Jaisalmer. Known for its sand dunes, vibrant culture, and ornately designed havelis; Jaisalmer is one of the most popular destinations in the country. You can begin the trip of the city with a visit to the Jaisalmer Fort. Later on you can continue your trip to the Gadisar Lake, the Patwon ki haveli and the Nathmalji ki haveli. The ideal way to capture the beauty of the setting sun in Jaisalmer is to be at the sand dunes around this time. Therefore, visit the Sam sand dunes and capture some really glorious visuals of the sunset in Jaisalmer.
Day 13 : Jaisalmer - Rohet
After you have traveled through Jaisalmer, it is now time for you to travel down to Rohet to catch a glimpse of the traditional ways of life of the people there. A visit to the Rohet village will enrich your treasure trove of knowledge about what traditional Rajasthan is all about. A jeep safari will add the necessary thrill to the trip that you can’t help noticing.
Day 14 : Rohet - Kumbhalgarh
Post- breakfast, you can proceed on your journey towards Kumbhalgarh. A grand fortress housed in the Mewar region, the Kumbhalgarh fort is the major site of attraction here. Built by Rana Kumbha around the 15th century, Kumbhalgarh features as a must visit destination on Udaipur tours. The quaint place is located at a distance of about 82 km from Udaipur.
Day 15 : Kumbhalgarh - Udaipur
Drive down from Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur and on arrival check into the hotel to refresh yourself. By afternoon you can start off your city tour by first visiting the City palace complex, the Saheliyon ki Baari, the Jagdish temple, the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal , and the Folk Art Museum. Each of these places will paint for you a collage of images that depicts various aspects of the glorious past of Udaipur.
Day 16 : Udaipur
On the sixteenth day of the tour, embark on excursions from Udaipur to the nearby temples including the Eklingji temple and the Nagda temple. Both these places are held in very high esteem by the locals and tourists alike. Therefore, guests visiting Udaipur definitely make it a point to visit these temples that are noted for its architecture and designing.
In the evening you can enjoy a boat ride on the Lake Pichola.
Day 17 : Udaipur - Pushkar
From Udaipur drive down straight to the holy town of Pushkar. Housing a number of temples and bathing ghats, Pushkar is one of the most fondly frequented sites in India for the Hindus. A dip in the ghats of Pushkar is said to relieve people of sins.
Overnight stay in Pushkar hotel.
Day 18 : Pushkar - Jaipur
The distance between Pushkar and Jaipur is 146 km and it will take you about 3.5 hours to reach the latter. Therefore, leave the city of Pushkar post-breakfast so that you reach Jaipur well in time to explore the attractions housed there. Visit the Jantar Mantar, the city palace complex, Birla Mandir, and the Hawa Mahal on the 1st day of your Jaipur exploration. Overnight stay in the city hotel.
Day 19 : Jaipur
On the 19th day, visit the attractions that are located near Jaipur. The foremost in this order to name will be the Amer Fort. This grand fortress stands testimony to the golden eras gone by and is comfortably located at a distance of about 15 km from the city of Jaipur. An elephant ride up to the gates of the fort will add thrill and excitement to the entire excursion.
Once you return from the Amer Fort, you can visit the local markets housed here. Picking up souvenirs to carry back home will be a great idea!
Day 20 : Jaipur - Agra
From Jaipur, you will drive down to Agra on the twentieth day of the Paradise on Earth with Forts and Palaces tour. En route you will visit the fortified ruins of Fatehpur Sikri. This, once Mughal capital, still maintains its ancient aura and narrates tales of the yesteryears through its monuments like the Panch Mahal, the tomb of Salim Chisti, and most importantly the Buland Darwaza.
On arrival in Agra, you can visit the Taj Mahal that remains open on all days except Fridays.
Overnight stay will be arranged in the hotel in Agra.
Day 21 : Departure
Post breakfast you will proceed towards Delhi for the journey back home. You will be transferred to the airport and our representative will be present there to see you off.
