Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Chennai

  Departure from Chennai central by Rapti sagar express at 11:25 pm

• Day 2 : Chennai

  Train journey

• Day 3 : Gorakhpur

  Reach Gorakhpur. Darshan of Gorakhnath Temple. Halt.

• Day 4 : Lumbini

  Morning drive to Lumbini, the Birth place of Lord Buddha, via sunauli-Bhairawa border. Darshan at Lumbini Garden, Maya devi temple and Ashoka stupa. Halt.

• Day 5 : Kathmandu

  Morning after breakfast drive to Authentic Gajendra Moksha Stalam. Bath in Kandagi River. Darshan of Sri Bhoodevi, Sridevi sametha Gajendra Moksha Shaligram Murthi. After lunch proceed to Kathmandu. Halt in Kathmandu

• Day 6 : Pokhara

  Morning Darshan of Sri Pashupatinath (PANCHAMUKHA SHIVALINGAM), Sri Guheshwari Devi (Shakthi peetem), Sri Budhanilkantha Narayan Temple. (Shopping time) After Lunch drive to Pokhara. Halt in Pokhara

• Day 7 : Jomsom

  Morning fly to Jomsom. By jeep reach Mukthinath. Holy bath at 108 sacred water spouts. Darshan of Sri Mukthinath, Jwalamai Devi. Darshan of Lord Sri Narasimhan temple Return back to Jomsom by jeep. Halt in Jomsom

• Day 8 : Pokhara

  Morning fly back to Pokhara. After lunch, Sightseeing tour of Pokhara city includes: Vindyavasini temple, Gupteshwar mahadev temple, varahi devi temple, Devi’s waterfalls and boating in phewa lake. Halt in Pokhara

• Day 9 : Chitwan

  Drive to Chitwan. Enroute visit Sri ManokamanaDevi Temple by cable car. Halt in Chitwan National Park.

• Day 10 : Chitwan

  (Optional: In Chitwan, from morning 6:am to 9:00am - Free time for Elephant/jungle safari) After Breakfast drive to Janakapuri (Mithalapuri), place where lord Ram and Sita met for the first time, and were married to each other. Darshan of Sri Ram Temple, Sri Sita Temple, Vivaha Mandapam and Raja Janak’s Palace. Enroute visit Dhanushadham, the place where Lord Ram had broke Shiva's divine bow, according to the epic, one of the three pieces of the bow fell in the present day Dhanushadham Halt in Janakpur.

• Day 11 : Gorakhpur

  Drive to Gorakhpur. Enroute darshan of Sitamarhi. Place where Raja Janak Found Goddess Sita. Halt in Gorakhpur

• Day 12 : Gorakhpur

  At 6:45 am leave Gorakhpur by Rapti Sagar Express

• Day 13 : Departure

  Reach Chennai Central at 11:55pm.
