Day 1 : Buenos Aires - the Pampas, Argentina
You’ll be welcomed by our local guide at the airport at a special meeting, after which you begin your South American adventure by journeying towards the Pampas, approximately one hour and a half from the city.
We will stay at an “Estancia”, ideally located only 120 km from Buenos Aires and close to San Antonio de Areco, in the heart of the Pampa, one of the oldest estancias in Argentina. Enjoy the feeling of being welcomed into a private home and property steeped in history and tradition, making this hotel a special and timeless place for relaxation where the gaucho traditions are still alive.
Day 2 : Gauchos Traditions, Creole Artists Ateliers and Pulperias in the Pampas
San Antonio de Areco is the ideal place to get acquainted with Gaucho’s traditions and enjoy the countryside. Walk around the historical centre with a local; understand how Creole artists’ ateliers create the local crafts, visit Draghi and Guirlades Museum and enjoy lunch at a typical Pulperia with local wine.
Day 3 : Buenos Aires Highlights
We depart for Buenos Aires, the capital and a hub of Brazil’s famous cosmopolitan culture. We will stay in Palermo neighbourhood, to get a feeling of how the “locals live”. We spend the afternoon tracing the steps of Evita across Buenos Aires, including visiting the Evita Museum.
Day 4 : Visiting Tango Neighbourhoods, Filetado Porteño Painting & Milongas with the Locals
Today we visit Buenos Aires’ tango neighbourhoods, San Telmo and La Boca where we’ll learn the Fileteado Porteño technique from a local artist. Enjoy a full tango evening, even trying your first steps of this famous dance with a local dancer. The evening also features an Argentine dinner accompanied by local wines and a stroll along the Milongas.

Day 5 : Take the Ferry to Uruguay & Appreciate the Historic Colonia
An hour’s ferry ride brings you to the beautiful Uruguayan city of Colonia del Sacramento. A short private transfer gets you to the loveliest hotel in town. During the day enjoy a private guided walk through the historical downtown, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and taste local wines, cheese and homemade desserts at a charming little place called El Buen Suspiro.
Day 6 : Irurtia Winery Visit
Today we visit Irurtia winery, a family project which began in 1913 near Carmelo’s Hill and maintains its traditions to date. Wander around the property walking through the vines and visiting the cellar to enjoy the wines, homemade breads and cheese.
Day 7 : Colonia - La Brida Visit & Cheese Tasting - Montevideo
After breakfast, a private transfer will drive you to the capital city of Montevideo. On the way, we’ll stop at La Brida blue cheese manufacturing establishment to taste their exceptional cheese.
Rest of the day remains free to explore Montevideo, a calm and charming city overlooking the river and to relax at the hotel´s spa.
Day 8 : Montevideo City Tour & Visit to Bouza Winery
After visiting the highlights of Montevideo in a city tour, we’ll visit Bouza Winery, Enjoy city vibes with a generous dash of culture with a Montevideo city highlights tour. After the tour we visit Bouza Winery, located in the Melilla area.
Surrounded by native woods, this winery was built using the basic structure of an old winery that had been functioning since 1942. We tour the vineyards, learn about winemaking and enjoy the varied local fauna and flora. You’ll also be able to appreciate part of the owner’s collection of impeccably well-kept antique cars, including a Ford T from 1926, Citroen 1950, Alfa Romeo Spider 1960 and 1926 train wagons. From here make your way to the cave for wine tasting and lunch.
Day 9 : Montevideo – Santiago
Fly in to Santiago (private airport transfers included) and spend the day discovering the main attractions of the city, including the city’s historical centre, the Cerro Santa Lucia, the bohemian Bellavista neighbourhood, the new centre of the city and the modern neighbourhoods of Las Condes and Vitacura. The Memorial Museum is the perfect place to discover Santiago’s rich history.
Day 10 : Delightful Day Spent On Vineyards, & Discovering Local Crafts and Literature
Visit the cellar and vineyards of a traditional winery and enjoy a delicious wine tasting. Continue towards the rustic village of Pomaire, known for its handicrafts, and experience local food of the area in a typical Chilean lunch. End the day at Isla Negra, to learn about the life and work of Pablo Neruda.
Day 11 : Cultural & Culinary Santiago
Spend your last day in Santiago visiting the Fine Art Museum and the Pre-Columbian Museum. Enjoy dinner at a restaurant in the bohemian neighbourhood of Bellavista, and take a walk around its bars and craft shops.

Day 12 : Santiago – Lima (peru) Enjoying City Attractions & Local Dances
In the morning you’ll be transferred to the airport to arrive in Lima, where another private transfer takes you to your boutique hotel.
Spend the afternoon enjoying Lima’s main attractions, including the famous Parque del Amor, the archaeological site of Huaca Pucllana, the residential areas such as El Olivar, San Martin Square, the Church of San Francisco de Asís, the catacombs, the Mayor Square, the Cathedral and Palaces. At the bohemian district of Barranco we will visit the Mario Testino Art Gallery. In the evening enjoy a buffet dinner while you watch a show of Peruvian typical dances at the traditional La Dama Juana Restaurant.
Day 13 : A Peruvian Gastronomic Experience
Your gourmet experience begins with a visit to the renowned Suquillo market where you will be able to appreciate Peru’s produce and seafood. At the market, partake in a demonstration of Peruvian cooking and learning how to prepare a Pisco Sour.
Enjoy a five-course dinner paired with a bottle of local wine at Malabar Restaurant.

Day 14 : Lima – Cusco
We fly to Cusco and arrive by private transfer to our hotel. The day is left free for you to enjoy the new destination and get used to altitude. In the evening enjoy a five-course dinner in one of the best restaurants in the town, La Calle del Medio.

Day 15 : Cusco’s Main Attractions & Mendivil’s Atelier
Stroll around Cusco’s streets and discover its main attractions. We stop for lunch at Limo Restaurant and later visit the Mendivil’s Atelier, one of the most prestigious and important artisans in Cusco. After learning some crafts in his workshop, walk along San Blas, the Craftsmen neighbourhood and visit the stone with twelve angles.
Day 16 : Explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas
Explore the village and the market of Pisac, lunch at the Alhambra restaurant in Urubamba and continue to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town that still preserves the pre-Hispanic architectural style. We will stay at the Inkaterra Sacred Valley, a contemporary hacienda-style hotel and the perfect base for our Machu Picchu adventures. A typical country accommodation, the hotel is surrounded by breathtaking mountain and valley views.
Dinner is based on a ‘land to table’ concept where guests are encouraged to pick their own organic plants and taste the most amazing dishes.
Day 17 : Feeling the Energy of the Machu Picchu Citadel
Board the luxurious Hiram Bingham Train to reach Aguas Calientes town, and then reach the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu by bus. Explore its ancient ruins and history, and after lunch descend to Aguas Calientes and return to Cusco.

Day 18 : Depart Cusco
Your amazing journey ends today as you are privately transferred to the airport for your flight home – or your next destination.
