Day 1 : Arrive in Buenos Aires, the “paris of South America”
Before you head out to explore this magnificent city, you’ll be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your accommodation by private vehicle. Here, our Experience Manager and your concierge for this journey kicks off the trip with a “Welcome Meeting” followed by a relaxing day spent adapting to Buenos Aires.
Day 2 : Buenos Aires Highlights & Paired Lunch in a Chic Restaurant
Today we´ll discover the beauty of Buenos Aires, visiting the main attractions of the city and enjoying a delicious three-course paired lunch with the best Argentine wines. Have fun and relax at the hidden and chic closed-door restaurant, enjoying like a local.
Day 3 : Buenos Aires - San Antonio De Areco, the Cradle of Gaucho’s Traditions
We head to one of the prettiest towns in The Pampas – San Antonio de Areco. Stroll around the local town market where you can learn about Argentine beef cuts and other local products, taste the traditional empanada and refine your culinary skills with an Argentine cooking class that will teach you how to cook steaks on the grill, prepare your own mate and try the local delicacy – the “alfajor”.

Day 4 : A Taste of Buenos Aires – Shopping, Food & Tango
In company of a renowned local chef, visit a local market and get fresh products for your cooking class at one of the most famous closed-door restaurants. Enjoy a four-course lunch paired with complementing Argentine wines. In the evening enjoy a dinner and tango show at one of Buenos Aires’s most exclusive and intimate Tango Show.

Day 5 : Buenos Aires – Iguassu Falls
We leave the big city for the world-famous Iguassu Waterfalls. Private transfers to the airport for your flight to Iguassu are included in the package. Your accommodation here is the Belmont Hotel, which overlooks the falls.
Enjoy a pleasant lunch at the hotel before a local guide takes you around the park to view some of the most beautiful and diverse bird variety.

Day 6 : Iguassu Falls, Brazilian Side
Today is time to relax at the hotel and explore the park your way. After lunch we´ll head to the Brazilian side of the falls and get inspired with the most beautiful and impactful views.
Once back the hotel, enjoy a pleasant dinner before leaving Argentina behind to enter Brazil.

Day 7 : Iguassu –são Paulo: Culinary Day
Transfer to Foz de Iguassu Airport for your flight to Sao Paulo, one of the most cosmopolitan cities in South America. A financial centre, the city is also a hub for culture, glamour, architecture and culinary delights.
We stroll the city streets and enjoy its most quintessential gourmet offerings – Pao de Queijo (a cheese bread) at the Pátio do Colégio (the place where the city was founded); the traditional Caipirinha (local drink) at the highest building of the city or on the rooftop of a modern building; the classic bologni sandwich served at the Municipal Market; the “pastel with sugar cane juice combination, served in one of the city’s street fairs; the Bureka (kosher food) found at the Jewish neighbourhood and even Japanese food at the Japanese neighbourhood. The route and food will be adapted in accordance to your taste, interests and time available.
Day 8 : Brazilian Cooking Class & Visit to Mercado Municipal
In the morning explore the local area by walking around the Mercado Municipal and select fresh products to prepare an authentic Brazilian meal. You will visit the house of a Brazilian chef to experience a cooking lesson. The chef will introduce all the ingredients and explain about the local culinary influences. Enjoy fresh seasonal fruit juices and learn how to prepare your own caipirinha. The class ends with a hearty lunch that includes delicious Brazilian desserts.
Day 9 : Sao Paulo – Pantanal for a Photography Safari
We arrive in Cuiabá and transfer to the hotel in Pantanal. We stop along the way at a number of spots to capture on lens the many species of birds and animals that inhabit the Brazilian savannah and the grazing lands. The journey takes us across several wooden bridges. Our accommodation is the Araras Pantanal Eco Lodge.
Enjoy a late afternoon hike in the lodge surroundings, including a spectacular sunset. After dinner, head out for a star gazing trek.
Day 10 : Observing the Flora & Fauna in Pantanal
After breakfast, the guide will lead you on a two to three hours horse ride through the grazing fields, woods and flood lands to observe of Pantanal’s flora and fauna. We come back for lunch to the lodge before heading out for an afternoon hike to a different reserve and learn about the ecosystem there.
Day 11 : Exploring the Clarinho River
After breakfast we’ll take canoes and explore the riverbanks, mangroves and forest. With some luck we will encounter a family of ariranhas (giant otters). We’ll have some time to fish, in search of the elusive Piranha and the Lambaris. After enjoying a picnic barbecue lunch at the camp, we’ll return to the lodge.
Day 12 : Visit to Porto Jofre & Jaguar Viewing
Our day begins early to appreciate the rising sun. After breakfast we will be transferred to Porto Jofre. Reaching the Park – Encontro das Águas – which houses a high concentration of jaguars, we will embark and go in search of these “kings of the jungle”. We will also be able to see other rare wild life as ocelots and giant river otters.
Day 13 : Cuiabá Farewell Safari - Rio De Janeiro
We fly into the seaside city of Brazil with private transfers between the hotels and airports included. Your hotel here is located on the footsteps of Pedra Bonita, the main take-off location for hang gliding in Rio. From here enjoy amazing views of the forest and the sea, the Corcovado, Sugar Loaf and Copacabana. The hotel is an only step away from Joating Beach, a paradise for surfers and nature lovers who seek to relax and enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Day 14 : Corcovado & Sugar Loaf with Barbecue Lunch
Today we visit the most famous landmarks of the city and soak in the natural beauty of Rio de Janeiro from above Corcovado Hill and Sugar Loaf Mountain. Enjoy a delicious Brazilian style lunch at a traditional barbecue restaurant.
Day 15 : A Diverse Experience – Visiting a Favela (slum) & Learning the Samba
The day starts with a visit to the largest slum in South America, “Rosinha”. You will walk through its narrow streets and observe the local residents’ routine.
Then it’s time to put your groove on at a traditional dancing school in Rio and learn the steps of Samba, a key manifestation of the Brazilian culture. Later you can practice what you’ve learnt and get a taste of the famous Rio nightlife at Rio Scenarium Club.
Day 16 : Rio – Lima (peru) Visiting the City’s Main Attractions & Enjoying Local Dances
In the morning you’ll be transferred to the airport to arrive in Lima, where another private transfer takes you to your boutique hotel.
Spend the afternoon enjoying Lima’s main attractions, including the famous Parque del Amor, the archaeological site of Huaca Pucllana, the residential areas such as El Olivar, San Martin Square, the Church of San Francisco de Asís, the catacombs, the Mayor Square, the Cathedral and Palaces. At the bohemian district of Barranco we will visit the Mario Testino Art Gallery. In the evening enjoy a buffet dinner while you watch a show of Peruvian typical dances at the traditional La Dama Juana Restaurant.
Day 17 : A Peruvian Gastronomic Experience in Lima
Your gourmet experience begins with a visit to the renowned Suquillo market where you will be able to appreciate Peru’s produce and seafood. At the market, partake in a demonstration of Peruvian cooking and learning how to prepare a Pisco Sour.
Enjoy a five-course dinner paired with a bottle of local wine at Malabar Restaurant.
Day 18 : Lima – Cusco
We fly to Cusco and arrive by private transfer to our hotel. The day is left free for you to enjoy the new destination and get used to altitude. In the evening enjoy a five-course dinner in one of the best restaurants in the town, La Calle del Medio.

Day 19 : Cusco’s Main Attractions & Mendivil’s Atelier
Stroll around Cusco’s streets and discover its main attractions. We stop for lunch at Limo Restaurant and later visit the Mendivil’s Atelier, one of the most prestigious and important artisans in Cusco. After learning some crafts in his workshop, walk along San Blas, the Craftsmen neighbourhood and visit the stone with twelve angles.
Day 20 : Explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas
Explore the village and the market of Pisac, lunch at the Alhambra restaurant in Urubamba and continue to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town that still preserves the pre-Hispanic architectural style. We will stay at the Inkaterra Sacred Valley, a contemporary hacienda-style hotel and the perfect base for our Machu Picchu adventures. A typical country accommodation, the hotel is surrounded by breathtaking mountain and valley views.
Dinner is based on a ‘land to table’ concept where guests are encouraged to pick their own organic plants and taste the most amazing dishes.
Day 21 : Feeling the Energy of the Machu Picchu Citadel
Board the luxurious Hiram Bingham Train to reach Aguas Calientes town, and then reach the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu by bus. Explore its ancient ruins and history, and after lunch descend to Aguas Calientes and return to Cusco.
Day 22 : Depart Cusco
Your amazing journey ends today as you are privately transferred to the airport for your flight home – or your next destination.
