Sikkim, one of the tiniest states in India but is definitely a prized Jewel. This is the home of the Khangchendzonga and many other holy mountains ranging from 5000 t7000m+. Although a lot of people visit Sikkim tview its snow mammoths, but what is alsthoroughly enjoyed is the dense jungles filled with such diversity along the way. The Barsey Rhododendron sanctuary is a large forest that covers some 10 sq.km area home tseveral species of Rhododendron, Primula, Magnolia, Oaks and Pine. It lies at an altitude range of 2200 t4100m and supports an amazing variety of bio - diversity. Hundreds of bird species make this sanctuary their home. This is alsthe habitat of the red panda, which is a threatened species. Explore Phoktey dara from where we can get 360degree view of Mt. Kanchendzonga and mostly all the lush snowy peaks and alsthe amazing view of sunrise and sunset. One can alsget the unparalleled view of Mt. Makalu, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Everest, the great Dhaulagiri range and alsthe scintillating view of Nepal rural hamlets. Overnight stay at nature camping.
