Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Haridwar (212 km/4h 58min)

  On arrival at the Delhi airport/railway station, meet up with our representative who will drive you to Haridwar. On reaching Haridwar, check in at the pre-booked hotel and chill in your room for some time. Later, we will take you for visiting the holy Hindu temples, Laxman Jhula, Parmarth Niketan ashram and also the famous Har-ki-pauri at the Ganga Ghats. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Haridwar - Auli (317km/5h 44 min)

  Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and hit the road for Jyotirmath. On arrival, board a cable car to reach Auli. Enjoy viewing the surrounding scenery of the Himalayan peaks and oak forest from your cable-car of the longest rope way in Asia while going to Auli. On reaching, check-in a resort and enjoy the view of the sunset at the snow-clad mountains from your room. Overnight stay at the resort.

• Day 3 : Auli sightseeing

  After breakfast, move towards the slopes to do some skiing and sledging. Have lunch at the resort and then go for a trek to Lake Valentine (a man-made lake) through thick pine forests and enjoy the views of Helang Valley. Head back to the resort after the trek where you will enjoy your dinner with the bonfire.

• Day 4 : Auli - Jyotirmath - Auli (8km/14min)

  Set out for sight-seeing the Jyotirmath town, which is considered the winter seat of Lord Badrinath. It is one of the four maths founded by Adi Shankaracharya. You will visit the famous Narasimha temple dedicated to Lord Narshimha(fourth incarnation of Lord Vishnu), the Shankaracharya cave where Adi Shankaracharya lived and meditated, Tapovan, which is popular for its hot sulfur springs and many more. Later, travel back to Auli. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

• Day 5 : Auli - Kausani (549 km/8hr 24min)

  Pack your bags after breakfast and leave for Kausani which is also known as the ‘Mini Switzerland of India’. On arrival, check-in at a hotel and head out to explore this charming place. Visit all the tourist spots and enjoy viewing the snow-covered peaks, conifer forests, lush surrounding. Don’t forget to visit the Gandhi ashram and Chai Bagaan of Kausani. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Kausani - Mukteshwar (82km/ 1hr. 41min)

  From Kausani, travel to your next destination, Mukteshwar. En-route visit Bhowali, known for owning the biggest fruit market of India and the hill town Ramgarh, the fruit bowl of Kumaon. On reaching Mukteshwar, check-in at the hotel. After resting for a while, proceed to explore the nearby tourist destinations. Visit the Shiv temple (Mukteshwar Dham) which is believed to be 350 years old. In the evening, enjoy the sunset over the snow-covered peaks. Return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 7 : Mukteshwar - Bhimtal (49km/54min)

  After breakfast, leave for Bhimtal. On the way, visit ghorakhal, famous for Army school. (one of India’s best for the officers of cadre of Armed forces) and admire scenic views,Naukuchiatal, a Lake with nine corners and Sattal, an interconnected network of 7 freshwater lakes. On reaching Bhimtal, check-in at a hotel and later explore the lush surrounding of the place. Visit the Bhimeshwar MahaDev temple which is built by Bhima, one of the 5 Pandava brothers of Mahabharata located on the banks of Bhimtal lake amidst the mountains and greenery. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8 : Bhimtal - Nainital (20km/26min)

  Pack your stuff and set out to Nainital which is one of the popular hill towns of Uttarakhand. Upon reaching, complete all your check-in formalities at the hotel. Rest for a while in your room and then go for a sight-seeing tour of the place. Visit Khurpataal, Hanuman Mandir or Hanuman Garhi dedicated to Lord hanuman, Nainital Waterfall and ARIES Observatory. Later, take a cable car ride to Tiffin Top and admire views of the surroundings and enjoy boating at the lake. In the evening, do some shopping in the Tibetan market/Bhutiya Bazaar and Mall Road.Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

• Day 9 : Nainital - Delhi (279km/ 4h 22min)

  Pack your luggage after breakfast and then travel to Delhi where the journey ends.
