Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Addis Ababa

  Arrive Addis Ababa, Meet And Greet, Transfer To Hotel
  Afternoon Visit Of The City Includes:
  National Museum Of Ethiopia
  Ethnographic Museum
  St. Trinity /Silassie / Church
  Mt. Entoto Panoramic View Of Addis Ababa
  Biggest Grand Open Market In Africa (Mercato)

  • Meals & Drinks : Dinner

• Day 2 : Fly to Bahir Dar

  Fly to BahirDar, Check in to your hotel, take your time for coffee or shower and start driving to the Blue Nile falls (Tis Issat), about 45 minutes by road from Bahir dar followed by a 30 minute; walk from the road to the falls.
  
  After Lunch, Visit market place and Lake Tana finally the Bezawit palace.

• Day 3 : This Boat ride

  After having breafast in your hotel, you will have Boat trip on Lake Tana
  This Boat ride on Lake Tana will take you to the great water system that gives the Blue Nile its tremendous power. And also provides the opportunity to view magnificently preserved island monasteries of the thirteenth century including the visit of ancient church and treasury of Ura Kidane Mehret at Zeghie Peninsula and Azua Mariam.
  After Lunch in Bahirdar, continue driving to Gonder for overnight.

• Day 4 : Full day tour of Gonder

  Full day tour of Gonder; visit the castles compound, Ruin palaces, Bath of King Fasiledes (1632-1667 G.C) and visit Debre Berhan Sellasie Church famous for its wall & ceiling paints of 18th Century.

• Day 5 : Fly to Axum

  Fly to Axum,
  A.M. St. Mary of Zion church which the Ark of the Covenant resides it brought by King Solomon and Queen of Sheba's son "Menelik" almost 3000 years ago.
  P.M. Tour includes visit to the museum, Obelisks and Stele, the Castle Ruins of King Kaleb and Queen of Sheba's Bath and Palace,

• Day 6 : Trip to DebreDamo

  Today you will have an excursion trip to DebreDamo & Yeha
  You will have a chance to visiting the famous monastery of Debre Damo if you are only men, for women you will have time to take photos from a distance, and then drive through the highlands to Yeha, the origin of the ancient civilization of Ethiopia. Visit the imposing ruins of Yeha temple of the moon from the 5th Century BC and the modern Church, the numerous crosses and stone slabs with ancient Sabean inscriptions hosts. Then drive back to your hotel.

• Day 7 : Fly to Lalibela

  Fly to Lalibela & visit the first group of rock hewn churches
  Each church or building is architecturally unique, all are finely carved and several are decorated with beautiful paintings that remained for about 800 years. Lalibella is arguably the one place in Ethiopia that no tourist should miss.

• Day 8 : Nakuto Le Abe church

  For those who don't feel churched out, there will be an opportunity for excursion to Asheten maryam to visit the cave church on top of a hill or visit of Nakuto Le Abe church
  P.M This afternoon, visit the 2nd group of churches, we explore the south-eastern group of churches that have their own distinctive and memorable feature.

• Day 9 : Fly back to Addis Ababa

  Fly back to Addis Ababa, last minute shopping, evening farewell dinner in Ethiopian traditional restaurant with live music and transfer to Airport.
